Great insoles that actually make the training/racing easier
As someone who runs regularly, I’m always looking for gear that actually makes the training/racing easier, and this product really delivered. The fit can be easily customised as you can cut it according to the size of your feet and the material is easy to cut, it gives great support and cushioning to the feet—no weird rubbing, or adjustments needed as it is slipping resistance—which is huge when you’re logging longer runs. The material feels lightweight but durable, so it doesn’t weigh me down, and it holds up well even after multiple washes. I’ve used it in different conditions, from early morning runs to hotter afternoons, and it’s been consistently reliable giving me perfect cushioning and support. What I like most is that it’s clearly designed with runners in mind. The details that might seem small—like breathability, flexibility, and how it stays in place—make a big difference when you’re out on the road or trail.

These are the best insoles ever! I have them in all my shoes!
These are literally the most comfortable insoles that I have ever tried! I have bought every type of Dr. Scholls insoles and these running insoles are the most comfortable. The arch support is the perfect height. The cushioning is the most shock absorbent. I have tried many other brands that were more expensive and I always ended up returning them and ordering these instead. I don't run! It just so happens that the running insoles are the most comfortable for any purpose, and these are so great that they make cheap shoes feel like really comfortable expensive shoes. I put a pair of these in my dress shoes, my walking shoes, my hiking boots, my work boots, etc. I literally have a pair of these in all my shoes/ boots. They last a really long time, but I have to keep buying more because I keep buying more boots and shoes and I want a new pair of these in my new shoes for optimum comfort, no matter how much the shoes or boots cost. They really are the best!!! Buy them and you will be hooked too.

Good Support
The size is printed on the insole where you trim the line and this makes them easy to cut properly for your shoe. Today I walked 3 miles and found them to be comfortable. The added support helps keep your feet from tiring out and feeling the impact of your weight with each step. My first experience using them is positive. UPDATE: January 2020 Signs of wear that causes foot irritation and holes in socks after alternating shoes worn beginning in August and these insoles were first used in March 2019. Total miles walked is estimated at around 250-275. So these insoles have lasted pretty well. I started wearing another pair of these insoles in August, as stated, but alternating the shoes I wore means I probably have around 150-175 miles on them at this point. I replaced this first pair pictured here the first of February 2020. UPDATE: July 2020 This pair has worn out with abrasive spots on the ball and heel of the insole that rub holes in socks quickly and then cause blisters. I estimate this pair (I wear another pair of shoes as I alternate with the same brand insoles) has around 130 miles on them of the 260 I have walked this year. This is not nearly as good as I have been getting so I am surprised at the wear and cannot explain or understand them wearing out so fast. My newest pair have been in use less than a month and while I await the new replacements I'll be swapping insoles between shoes.

They work. Period.
I run about 100 miles per month including pavement and dirt trails. Two months ago - for the first time, I developed a fairly painful right leg medial tibial strain/shin splint. It became too painful to run more than 2-3 miles at a time and I sometimes could not sleep because of the radiating pain. I stopped running for two weeks, but it didn’t much help. My go to shoes are Brooks Ghost 14 (brand new and I’ve gone through 3 pairs, so I rotate my shoes and go with what works - so I know it’s not my shoe causing this.). Out of options I started looking at my stride a bit, and noticed only my right foot has begun slightly supinating, something new and barely noticeable. So I decided to try these on a hunch hoping to get a slight foot strike correction. I don’t know the mechanics as to why, but they actually work for me. They feel unusual at first. Funny way to know they work is that my problem foot felt the most unusual in this insert (must mean it was doing something). When you first put them on, you will want to take them off. It does something with the arch and way the foot positions in the shoe. I immediately thought no way I can run in these, but forced a run. After getting used to them they are perfectly fine. It took running to “activate” them and get the plastic arch flexing and giving feedback. Running at about a 6.5 mph pace, they are fully engaged, flexing, and apparently doing their job. The shin pain for me was not totally gone, but like 75% less. I’ve done 5 runs now. My shin splint pain is still there, but seems like it’s going away even as I increase my miles and it’s not bothering me much during my runs or after. I would recommend trying these. So far they have worked for me!

Check for previous use! Were previously trimmed and returned!
Recieved mine in what was definitely a factory closed package but was actually already trimmed too small by someone else. Seller was THE amazon.com no less, not worn just trimmed. I broke the factory seal to open them long after the return window had closed. Why? Why would you pull them out of the package through the tiny view/feel window in front instead of opening them like a normal person, trim them very small (same length as my hand!), then return them unworn? Although these insoles work well for the type of steel toe boot I wear, I dont even need to trim them for my size 13s, they unfortunately dont work that short. These are the cheapest insole type that works correctly for the arch support that I need. I replace them every few months anyway like the other reviews list. A few months of daily use is all you get before they dont support anymore. Why? Why make me waste $13 and inconvenience me like that. I hope you know that all that plastic trimmings you wasted probably killed some endangered bird somewhere.

i'm the kind of guy who typically runs their runners to the sole. i'm getting older and getting pain in the knees as well as an annoying corn on the bottom of my left foot. i've never bought new insoles before (usually just buy new shoes) - and decided to give these a try. they do take some getting used to, but it has made my treadmill runs more comfortable. i don't know the science behind it, but the insoles have changed the way i land on my feet ever so slightly - i don't even notice the corn on my foot when i run now. for the price, why not try these out - you might be surprised
