I bought this to hold a bass drum mic to the sound port on the skin. Does the job great and takes up a lot less floor space than a regular mic stand with legs. Well made too

Conveniently small, it'll fit on most desks no problem. The base is suitably heavy, though it could be a little heavier (my microphone and cradle are heavy, and tip it over at full extension). With the additional clips, I can attach my phone, or affix different size mic clips and sockets. The plastic backing of the phone holder is quite delicate, and I partially snapped it when screwing it for the first time, but it holds my phone no issue. I also received 2 phone holders, which wasn't stated but a nice surprise, would recommend!

Nice sturdy base for holding mic. So much better than other things that cost twice as much.

Great item

The stand arrived with scratches and the phone holder attachment was broken to the point of uselessness. The base, however, is a good weight and the stand held my SM7B steadily. However, I did refund it due to damages.

This stand gave my existing microphones stability and made it easy to adjust the height for recording and dictating to my PC. Yes, I feel a bit like a newsreader, but it keeps the microphone stable and out of the way. The basis of a good weight and it’s definitely not going anywhere whilst you’re working works with different microphones {Boyh my Shore and Jabra Go are fine) universally black and robust. Get that most out of your existing microphones.

This desktop mic stand is quite good but unfortunately I found that even with the base been a good weight it’s not heavy enough and I have to put a weight on to stop it tipping over , otherwise it’s a good stand and value for money

I purchased this stand for my XLR condenser mic (MXL 700), and here's my honest take — it's all good news! The Good: At this price point, I’m genuinely impressed. The stand is properly weighted and handles the MXL 700, which isn’t exactly a lightweight mic, with no signs of tipping or instability. It feels solid and reliable, making it a great addition to my setup. The Bad & The Ugly: Fortunately, there’s nothing negative to report. The stand exceeded my expectations. I'm thrilled to be back in the groove of making music again! 🎶 Quality: 8/10 Value: 10/10 Usability: 10/10

I purchased this primarily to use as a desk stand for my GXL3000 condenser microphone, and it works excellently for that purpose. I was initially concerned about sturdiness; I saw some reviews claiming the base is not weighted, and the GXL3000 is a pretty heavy microphone, especially with the shockmount attached. However, the product must have been updated since those reviews were written, as when I unboxed the stand, I was pleased to find the base has a lot of weight to it. It is substantially heavier than I thought it would be - this thing is rock-solid. I can adjust whatever I’m mounting without any fear of the base rattling around or falling off balance. Furthermore, the pole piece/height adjuster is very secure and locks in tightly. The other mounts work great as well. This can support a heavy condenser mic, so it certainly has no trouble with the clip and phone adaptors. It worked fine with my iPhone 11 Pro, as well as my SM58. The included gimbal for the phone mount does it’s job nicely, though it’s obviously not the most high-quality thing out there. That said, if you’re using your phone to record videos, you probably aren’t that concerned with having the best gimbal money can buy. Admittedly, the branding on the box is hilarious. It’s full of poor English and silly marketing statements, but don’t let that scare you away - this is a really solid product and very good value for the money. My favorite quote on the box is: “Release your hands Let the music slowly into your better life!” Ordering inexpensive Chinese products like this can be hit or miss, but this stand is one of the good ones. Excellent value for the money; I highly recommend it for any hobbyists looking for an affordable (yet highly effective) desk stand.
