I would like to address the front wheels locking and steering reviews. I found the solution to it, but here is my story first. I would like to say that I was a bit afraid when I read reviews addressing the wheel lock and steering issues. I took a leap of faith with the locking issue and bought it anyway as the price was right. However, it happened to me after 2 months of use. Wheels were locking at random moments, not allowing to steer the pram... I was getting so frustrated and preparing to buy a new pram. However, after a bit of tinkering, the solution to this steering/locking issue was putting a small amount of lithium grease onto the front wheels pins. It allows them to rotate much easier and it felt like a new pram after I applied just a tiny bit of lithium grease. Since then, I clean them and grease every two months or so and there are no issues with front wheels locking. Maybe something else than lithium grease will work as well. Other than the "front wheels locking issue", this pram is fantastic. I would recommend it to anybody searching for 3 in 1 travel system. It is so easy to fold and unfold, easy to carry in a car, car seat is so easy to fasten in a car... It is a no brainer to get this over some higher price models.

Out with the old and in with the new. This is an amazing piece of kit the Maxi Cosi Zelio is the complete package. Don't let the price put you off you 100% get a lot for you money you get a Pram, a pushchair, a car search and as a little extra a bag as wel for just shy over £300. You would struggle to get anything remotely similar and the biggest bonus is it comes with the Maxi Cosi brand which is a well established household brand. The space we are saving with this set up is great it's an all in one package its easy to assemble we've had other brand before which were quite heavy with the Zelio it's lightweight and amzingly quick to take out of the boot and assemble were the wife previously struggled before not this time. You can flip the buggy out one handed and the seat just slots in. For the price the Pram is definitely punching well above the standard. The car seat is great you get an insert for new borns and as they get a little but older you can remove and continue to use te car seat, unfortunatley you don't get the isofix base so have to secure it using the seat belt, this wasn't an issue for us as we already had one however if you wanted to clip it onto the pram it does take a bit longer as you need to remove the belt. But to be honest we didn't really use it as the Cot can be both forward or reat facing so you would ended up using that instead anyways and this probably help drive down the price. The material used is very good and didn't feel cheap at all the cot, pram and car seat is what you would expect for the brand Maxi Cosi and we would defo reconnmend this product whether you're on a budget, wanted a premium named brand and just wanted an all in one without the faff or looking around.

So we had bought this set in April, well in time for our new arrival in November. Instructions was great very easy to put together but unfortunately this was the only good part! The wheels seems to have problems with the whole pram shunting forward as the wheels spin around and stops the pushchair going forward (dangerous), it's gone in for repair once and will be going in for another repair (not even been using for 11 weeks) Whilst the customer service is great the product is woeful. I really would suggest not to even bother with this pushchair as it really horribly built and I really wish we hadn't bought it.

I have never been so fed up with something in my life. This pram is the most annoying thing I have ever used. I’m so upset over the fact I paid so much money for it and all it’s done is cause me hassle since the day I opened the box. I tried to fit it into the maxi cosi isofix the day after I had my baby to find out that it needed a very specific isofix that was nowhere to be found on your page and then needed to buy ANOTHER car seat ( that was kinda my fault as I just typed it into google and it’s came up with the “recommended” isofix and should have double checked on there chart but not being funny took me about a hour to find the correct isofix) but since then the actual pram base is a nightmare. The brakes lock and stick and sometimes it takes up to 10 try’s to get the to come off which is a joke when you’ve just taken it out the car and are now stuck on the road having to lift a pram a week postpartum because the breaks won’t come off. The wheels lock all the time making it basically impossible to go up curbs ( again forcing me to lift the pram WITH MY BABY IN postpartum, this is already and extremely heavy product Nevermind with a baby in it). When using the pram on shop floors it steers in one direction and the is no way to get it to stop making it even more of a hassle to go to the shop. Not only in the shop the pram is ridiculously hard to push anywhere. This pram is honestly been such a hassle and it’s not like people can just fork out another 400/500 to go buy another travel system. For a product that is supposed to make new mums life easier I think it’s ridiculous that they take all that money off of people knowing the pram is a joke and I’m really upset as I have spent so much money with maxi cosi not only on my baby but for gifts for others. Don’t know why they haven’t discontinued it as there is so many complains being made about it!!!!

A good all in one product. However a couple of things to note. The bassinet doesnt work as a stand alone bassinet. Its only fully functional when in the pram frame. If you put the bassinet anywhere but the pram frame, it collapses on itself on the head side. I had a friend 3D print me a stand for that side to hold it up. Not ideal but it works. The car seat doesnt go straight into the pram frame, you need to use the provided adapters. However the adapters cant stay on the car seat when in the car. So you have to keep the adapters to hand. Aside from that, its pretty decent - lightweight and easy to fold and unfold.

Great set overall, I would recommend to my friends and family. I have a newborn baby and find it complete. Price is also correct in this range. The pushchair feels strong, is also light to carry around and easy to fold.
