Bought them to teach knife safety to my kids (starting at age 2). They love that they get their own knife that glows; I like that it’s perfectly dull with nothing resembling an edge. I use these to teach them how to handle a folding knife safely, not touching the edge, keeping their hands and fingers out of the folding path, etc., and they will get their own real knife once they can demonstrate consistent safe handling (years later).
