I started out taking 2 dropper fulls if this about a year ago. After 6 months I went up to 4 dropper fulls 2 hours before bed. It really helps me switch off my ADHD brain. I take liquid pineapple flavored magnesium with it and 5 mg of liquid melatonin. I try to use it for 3 days and then skip 3 days so my body doesn't get too used to it.
