Great Quality
I have been using this brand of vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplements for many years. They are high quality and due to the way they are manufactured, your body absorbs them vs. the less expensive brands.

Mortar and pestle
I’m not a big fan of swallowing these big vitamins. I grind mine up and put it into my protein drink

Poor quality product.
I purchased this item less than 2 months ago. The pills have totally degraded and turned to powder. I don't know if it's a bad formula or bad batch. This is the first time any supplement has done this to me. I wish I could get a refund for a bad product. I also take Solgar Ester C regularly, but have never had this problem before.

Great Experience
Nicely packaged and great shipping. Quality product at a good price. These are a back up for us for liquid form as we take for mitochondria. If you have a deficiency in Carnetine this is for you!

Fall to pieces in humid conditions
Pass these by if you live in a humid environment. After opening them during a time that wasn’t particularly humid for us (north Georgia), they just crumbled all over the bottle. I even put an extra silica desiccant thingy in the bottle. Might be a good product, but the condition was way too off for me to give it a go. Solgar is usually better, so I’m surprised!

Good but they break apart when you fly!
Good brand but less fragile packaging would be better. Plus BE WARNED: I recently flew with these in my checked bag and all the capsules exploded out of their coatings! A powdery mess in each little pill pocket. This was the only supplement in my bag that did that.
