Did anyone else’s arrive not sealed but with the lid taped with packaging tape?

No it came sealed in the package so I don't know why yours I guess didn't but mine did yes thank you

the ion black onyx color directions said to mix with this although the reviews only talk about bleaching. assuming it works for regular coloring too??

Higher peroxide levels work better for hi lift. 20 v peroxide is sufficient for darkening
