It turns off when I'm away from the house.

There's a slot inside the letter box that this freshener sits in. It works perfectly but unfortunately mine came out of the slot during a litter box clean and must have gone into the waste basket and I must have thrown it out in the bag, so i was sad

Did not fit PETKIT I just bought July 2023 - has no clips as the video shows which was very confusing as it included these sticker strips in the pack which I used and didn't last 3 days. Then I duct tapes it in place and it still fell into the litter and eventually got dumped into the waste bin which clogged it up and sent a red notice to my phone telling me it was full when it was full of the deoderizer that got dumped into the waste bin. It needs to be better explained in the description that it DOES NOT FIT INTO OR WORK IN CERTAIN PETKIT MODELS AND SPECIFY WHICH ONE IT DOES NOT WORK IN PLEASE! I WISH IT WORKED AND WANTED TO KEEP IT AS I TRIED SEVERAL WAYS WHICH ALL FAILED.

Unit does a pretty good job most of the time but does seem to decide to just fall off the grid and need to be reconnected to app and litter box! Other than that it does great. With it and the odor unit on litter container it's hard to know that there is a litter box nearby!

I saw the reviews and was hesitant to purchase this, but since I wasn't buying for inside the litter box, I gave it a chance. It sprays on schedule, smells amazing and keeps the area around the two boxes smelling great. You'd never know I have cats, just a nice smelling house when you open the door.

Won’t stay connected. Bought to replace the original one that got lost while moving. Original one worked great, was quiet and easy to set up and use. This one I have to reconnect all the time and it tells me the auto function set up fails each time because it’s not connected… I’ve set it up like 20 times now. It works for one spray then disconnects again…might just be a faulty one..

I got this with my PetKit litter box but ordered another for my daughter's box. It is controlled by an app on your phone, so is the light at the bottom and you can stick it anywhere. The scent is not overwhelming, it is a "barely there" faint smell that my cat did not react to at all. You can set up a regular schedule to spray or/and spray manually - all from the app. PetKit has it inside the Puramax and it does just fine. Highly recommend!

The two stars rating is for the poor adaptation of the Purifyier mount to the PuraMax holder cover, and the weak freshener air emitted from the device. The device detached from the PuraMax holder, fell in the cat sand, the PuraMax dumped the device with the cat waste to the waste bin. The cat waste covered the device in the waste bin. The device was thrown to the trash with the cat waste when we changed the waste bin plastic bag. A good idea the Air Purifyier with the legacy design for early PuraMax model. The glue sticks to mount the device do not hold the device to the latest PuraMax holder cover door. I bought the AP separate from the latest model PuraMax litter appliance. The Air Purifyier (AP) did not fit mount exact to the PuraMax holder cover. I mounted the AP to the cover with the glue sticks provided in the kit. After 3 to 4 weeks an alert on the app the AP was empty of freshener fluid. We waited 2 weeks to clean the PuraMax and replace freshener fluid. To our amazement the AP was not mounted to the PuraMax. The PETKIT app only showed a battery warning to the AP, and the “Full Purifing liquid” status, a misleading status on the App. The product design and review team must perform better quality checks on changes to the PuraMax model, and include attached devices in the litter appliance. I am not happy with the second, and final purchase of the Purifyier in an attempt to use all the PuraMax functions. Thank you.

You set the schedule to deodorise however unless you’re constantly connected to the Bluetooth / app it won’t work. The light also only comes on if you turn it on using the app. It needs to be automatic without constant connection to the app. Maybe the until it faulty but not a great experience sadly. All my other cat products are Petkit and work perfect

It’s an automatic air freshener that you have to keep refilling often . Did do any noticeable improvement
