Nice little vape, but sadly what lets it down is the cheap manufacturing,On my purchase from day 1 the concentrate capsule got stuck in the device to the point where I could no longer remove it, I think the heat must warp the outer casing which then prevents the capsule from being able to come out.

My partner bought me the vape after a cheaper one kept falling apart, but this had been dropped a few times and no problems the only issue I have is that I need a replacement rubber gasket where the filter goes but that's down to user error would definitely recommend

It does it’s job but has a design fault that is very frustrating.I’ve bought several of these over the past year or so and every single one of them has had the same charging fault occur within 2-4 months. After a while the charging point stops working regardless of if the cable is one that works on every other device or even a brand new one, so the cable isn’t the faulty part here.After a little while the charging point seems to get damaged or bent no matter how careful I am with it, and the device stops charging meaning I’ve had to buy replacements fairly regularly as the buyer doesn’t accept returns after 2 monthsI’ve found this fault in every blk I’ve bought in the past as well as other vaporisers so beware
