We got two direct from them and they smelled to high heaven, even after airing them out for two weeks. The smell was so bad I threw up. It’s not the typical memory foam smell either they smell moldy. Do not buy you won’t be able to return. And you will beg them to take them back. I ordered from Amazon. **Q: I was airing pillow outside to off gas chemical smell. Forgot it was there and it rained. Cover went in the dryer. How do you dry pillow?** A: It says on instruction that the pillow is spot clean only and not to put in the dryer so I would put out in the sun like another person posted here **Q: Is this pillow too hard?** A: Yes it's really hard.
