Once setup works brilliantly (Linux)
This AC1300 works with Linux so I bought it and then simply installed on Linux Manjaro using the DKMS RTL8812au-git source code drivers plus the 510 kernel headers package. Once installed I was very pleased to discover it not only worked very well but was giving download speeds of 73mbps from my BT Smarthub which is the maximum that router offers even using Ethernet. Very happy.

Works great up to now.
The USB Wifi module is working perfectly up to now. Of course there is latency compare to a regular network cable but it's working fine. As for gaming, I did not tried up to now, but it's not important for me. As for internet speed: With a cable plugged in, I download at 8.4 megabytes/sec and with the USB module, it's +/- 8.3 megabytes/sec so there is not much difference. My router is like 1 foot away, so I do not know for distance. I know it sounds ridiculous, I could use a cable at that distance but I wanted as less cables as possible on my desk and surrounding.

Recomendo! Ótimo!
Já conheço a Ugreen faz tempo e nunca me arrependi de comprar seus produtos. Cumpre o prometido pela qualidade e preço. Não espere muitas funções para configurar no gerenciador de dispositivos do Windows, é bom deixar do jeito que está e atualizar para a versão mais recente. Digo isso, pois após pesquisar e testar velocidade do adaptador ficou melhor sem alterações nas configs.
