Welds look ok, can't say how they'll hold up yet, but I don't forsee any issues in the near future. Hardy size on my vevor anvil is 0.9 inches and the one inch fits just right. Nice and snug, no wiggle. Didn't need to modify it or grind anything down to fit it. Powder coat looks good, but if it starts to flake I'll just strip it off. Also sits nice and flush on the anvil face once in the hardy hole. No gaps. All in all I'm pretty happy with it. Will update of there are any issues once in use.

I like the two different radiuses. Lots of uses. I make a lot of decorative hooks from round stock, square stock, & horse shoes. This makes bending easy.

I can't really review the jig as I have been unable to use it. I am, however, putting a lot of time and effort into making it fit my 1" hardy hole. It is a bit more than "knocking the paint off. " this thing was closer to 1 1/4" to begin with.
