I like No Yolks noodles anyway
They seem to be better at cooking to a nice al dente; they just don't get mushy as quickly as other brands. I also like the shorter, wider "dumplings" noodles because I feel like they fit on the soup spoon better, being a bit shorter than thinner noodles. I usually buy the No Yolks dumplings as a first choice anyway. I find the flavor and texture appealing.
