I’ve been washing my baseball caps by hand for years and they always ended up a little warped or just not looking right. I grabbed this BallcapBuddy on a whim and it’s a total game changer. Just pop your hat in, snap it shut, and throw it in the washing machine (top loader). My hats come out clean, shaped perfectly, and the brim stays nice and curved like new.I’ve already washed like 6 different caps (fitted and snapback) and it works great every time. The plastic feels strong and the latch is easy to use. I even tossed it in the dishwasher on the top rack once to test it and it cleaned up with no problem.No more hand washing or ruined hats. My favorite caps actually look brand new again. Super simple tool but it does exactly what it says.If you have a bunch of hats that need regular cleaning, just get this. Worth every penny.5 stars. I’m very happy with this item. It performs exactly as advertised and has been completely reliable so far. Setup was simple, everything functioned right out of the box, and the quality is exactly what I expected. No complaints at all it does its job well and feels like a solid, well made product. Overall, a great purchase that I would definitely recommend.

My son wears a cap at work. The band absorbs the sweat and causes his forehead to break out. Washing the cap frequently has helped. The plastic form is easy to use and helps keep the hats shape. I’ve used it both in the washing machine and dishwasher. Both work great.

Works great in my top-load, impeller (not agitator) washing machine. I threw my hat in with my clothes and it came out nice and clean on the first try. The plastic frame is not damaged whatsoever. Some reviewers seem to have had issues using a washing machine, so I will detail exactly what I did for success: 1) Spray stain remover on trouble spots, especially on the sweat stains inside of the hat. 2) Pour laundry detergent all over the hat, using your hands to completely massage the inside and outside of the hat in soap. 3) Load the washer with your clothes, then place the hat on top of the clothes topside up. 4) Add laundry detergent as normal, maybe a little less since the hat is covered in the stuff. 5) Wash clothes as normal. I did not use any sort of "delicate" or "heavy duty" modes. 6) Do NOT put in the dryer with your clothes. Hang it outside to dry or in your house under a fan. Leave it inside the plastic frame until dry. If you want the hat to be even more clean, just throw it in with another load of clothes before drying. After washing with my black clothes in cold water and then my white clothes in hot water, my ancient hat looks very clean. Keep in mind that I have a top-load, impeller (not agitator) washing machine. That means that the hole to put clothes in is on the top, and there is no giant cylinder with blades inside of my machine. If you have a front load and/or agitator washing machine, your results may vary from mine. Also be aware that the plastic frame is two pieces that clip together, one big clip in the back and two small ones in the front. One of the front two clips had come undone when I washed my hat the first time, and I simply popped it back into place. This did not happen the second time I washed it. I did not try using a dish washer to clean my hat and I probably won't bother, since I have had so much success just adding it to my laundry routine.

This is the original which always fits and is easy to use. Many alternatives are clumsy, and require assembly which does not work as nice. Always has right shape, easy to wash. My preference is not black and this color is perfect. It will last for years as our existing Ballcap Buddy has lasted. But with more and more caps being used, we needed more. Highly recommended as the preferred solution.

I have a few hats I wear quite often that were starting to look really gross from all the sweat that's been through them. Hand washing is time consuming and a pain and the thought of putting them in the dishwasher just didn't seem right. After all, I'd rather use detergent designed for washing fabric on my hats than detergent designed for washing dishes. I wanted something that would let me wash my hats in the washing machine without getting the bills all broken. While there's lots of products on Amazon for washing baseball caps, this one seemed a little more legit and had a lot of positive reviews. Unfortunately this really didn't seem as good as I hoped. It's fairly thin plastic and doesn't seem very durable. It's also a little tricky to get open. While my hats do look cleaner and the bills are still in good shape, the holder seemed to come apart opposite the side that opens during the spin cycle and the hats mostly slipped from the holder, despite washing on the delicate cycle and at the lowest spin speed. Unfortunately all of the competing products seem to be more of the same or worse. There really needs to be something more durable that will firmly hold the hat that can hold up in a washing machine.

My husband and I have actually purchased these a number of times, as gifts. They are so easy to use, they are functional and keep the shape and fit of your hats just the way you like. It’s so easy to just run them through the dishwasher! They come out soft, not stiff. And the 3 pack is a great value for the money! I am pleased with this purchase & would recommend.

So far so good. Definitely a plus from the old ways of cleaning caps. I used the dishwasher as my cleaning method. Did barely well with maintaining the integrity of the shape of the caps too. These particular caps are over 5 years old and never been cleaned. I had actually retired them. Definitely recommend this product.

The product does not hold up at all. It's like a piece of paper. Absolutely no value for money. Never recommend purchasing. 🚨🚨🚨

Muy útil para la limpieza de las gorras, me ha servido ya que era muy difícil lavarlas antes. Así se cuidan y no se maltratan.

Es perfecto para lavar cualquier tipo de gorra🧢 Recomiendo dejarlas secar con la arandela puesta para que la gorra conserve su forma :)
