I know it’s a knock off of the real stuff, but it has great flavor and works perfectly in all sorts of desserts. I use it in homemade cocoa, baked goods and puddings. I use a little more of it than I would pure extract, but it’s so cheap that it’s still a great deal. I’ve bought this product several times now and I am very happy with it. I even put it in my kids stockings this Christmas.
