I was Leary about using this because it is in powder capsule form, but clearly it works. When my Vitamin D level is low, I have significant bone pain especially in my hands and fingers. It feels like they’re about to explode. When I started taking these capsules, days later (less than a week later) the pain cleared up since I restored my vitamin d level. Prior to all of this, I have a recent history with clinically low vitamin d level that showed up in my blood work. My doc prescribed me prescription strength vitamin d3 capsules for like 3 months and then said I can buy some over the counter after that treatment ended. Prior to that lab work happening, my hands were killing me with bone pain and I didn’t know why. Everything cleared up after taking vitamin d3 capsules. Given, the prescription version was vitamin d3 gel-filled capsules, but this vegan powder formula seems to work just as well. I haven’t had any return of bone pain even while taking these capsules. I had a gap where I didn’t take any vitamin d3 capsules and my hands were killing me, so I know it wasn’t a coincidence that this powder form worked! It’s worth trying. I paid with my own money.

Absolutely love these vegan vitamin D3 they are soy free and no gelatin. I do feel a difference when I take them. They are tiny and easy to swallow 1x/day It's hard to find good vitamins these days! I'm happy with these!

I have a severe vitamin D deficiency & I needed a vegan supplement because I am highly allergic to seafood. So I need something that is produced 100% free from fish oil. I tried another brand and had a horrible anaphylactic reaction. MRM is working like a charm. No allergic reaction & as my Vitamin D levels raise I am feeling so much better! Great product! Update: I noticed that the most recent bottle that I purchased had a weird almost chemical smell so I called MRM. Evidently, thats what the lichen that they derive it from smells like! They had been using masking agents to cover the smell, but had decided to remove them as they were unnecessary ingredients. And the woman I spoke with said they did this knowing that they would get calls, but felt it was a better formula without the masking agents. So for everyone who is worried why it smells funny, THIS is the answer!

I’ve been purchasing this product for a while now and it’s on my subscribe I love the size of the capsule, or it’s easy to swallow. I love the value for the size of the bottle and units. I’ve never had an issue with taking this supplement, nor has my family. Amazon is the only place I have found this product that is value.

Last summer I was really struggling to find out why I was feeling so sick. I had chest pains, arm pain, all sorts of discomfort. I thought I was going to collapse from a heart attack at any given moment. I went to multiple doctors and they had no clue as to what was going on. First was the regular doctor who got me tested for unrelated things, then a neurologist who said I was fine. Then the cardiologist who tested me for heart conditions. The cardiologist suggested to get my vitamin D levels tested and the results were shocking, they were the lowest he's ever seen. During this whole process I made multiple life changing health choices. I became an obsessive researcher and came to the conclusion that switching to a whole food plant based diet was the best for me. As you can imagine, I've tried multiple Vitamin D supplements but after extensive research, this product was the best for me. One year later and I still use it and I feel great! I pair this along with a vegan Vitamin K supplement to really feel the benefits. For a few months I took 1 5000iu twice a day to get my Vitamin D levels up. Since I've made plenty of changes in my lifestyle which includes getting plenty of sun, I switch to the 2500 and sometimes none at all! This was the first time I've written out my journey and I thought this would be the best place for it. I'm sorry if I've rambled. For those on a similar journey, I hope you feel better and remember there is hope!

Some people are vegan by choice, and some are forced due to a tick bite-induced allergy know as Alpha Gal. This allergy makes one severely allergic to mammal meat and products (like lanolin, gelatin, etc.). As most all sources of D3 are mammal-based, I was thrilled to find this vegan formula! Before the Alpha Gal diagnosis 2 years ago, I was taking 10,000 IU "regular" D3 per day to bring my D3 lab bloodwork to normal. After the diagnosis, I have been taking 2 pills per day (to total the 10k IU) of MRM and my D3 lab levels are still in the normal range, so it totally works! It is also awesome it is gluten, soy, and nut free. So many vegan products contain soy :(. I love being able to get my bottle each month on subscription.

Update: I started off with a vitamin d deficiency of 9 ng/mL. My doctor recommended taking 2500 IU of vitamin D daily because of my horrible joint pain. I was tested again months after I started this regimen and now I’m at 31 ng/mL!! (Supposed to be between 20-50 ng/mL). The pain is nearly gone and the bloodwork doesn’t lie. I’m very happy with these pills. They also don’t have the nasty vegetable cellulose smell that some of these vegan vitamins can have. Original review: My hands and feet hurt horribly when I don’t take vitamin d for several days. I can clearly tell the difference in my pain levels taking this vitamin. When my husband broke his collar bone and his orthopedist recommended vitamin d I got him his own bottle. I’m on my 4th order and will continue to buy.

I have a teen who won't leave the house and his Vit D has become very low. This high does ws recommended and his levels are already improving. Recommended it!!!!

Very poor experience with seller, Liam. Was rude, abrasive, and provided inconsistent information about the products shelf life / use by date. Hard to trust the quality of a product after having such a poor experience. I have returned for refund. Despite this poor experience, was pleased to see an effort to bring more vegan supplements to the market.
