What is the noise level of the unit? I'm looking for a quiet unit for bedroom.

The desiccant dehumidifiers are very quiet I'm surprised it doesn’t give a stated Db rating, but logarithmic scales are kind of confusing anyway. Without a compressor to rattle everything and pressurize coolant it is just the fan noise.

Has anyone noticed room temperature significantly increasing when this is running?

Yes, this unit will produce heat as a byproduct of normal operation. The unit uses heated air to remove the moisture from the desiccant wheel. Moisture discharges into the bucket or hose and heated air is mixed with the room air circulating through the unit.

Anyone else have the issue of using the tube but the tank fills with water then stops working because it needs emptied?

Yes. Most of the water goes out the tube, but it still fills the internal tank.

Anyone know what size the drain tube is, looking for a better more flexible tube?

If you heat up a cup of water and dip 3/8 ID tubing in it you can make it fit. I would guess it’s 10mm
