I’ve tried several apple cider vinegar supplements before, but the OLLY Metabolism Gummies are by far the easiest and most enjoyable to take. The apple flavor is surprisingly pleasant, without that strong ACV aftertaste that most similar products have. It really feels like a treat rather than a supplement. What I’ve noticed so far is a nice boost in daily energy, especially mid-morning. The combination of B12 and chromium definitely helps with that steady energy feeling throughout the day. I’ve also seen a difference in my digestion and overall comfort, which was one of the reasons I wanted to try these in the first place. Another thing I like is that these gummies help me with cravings and snacking, especially in the late afternoon. I don’t feel as hungry or as anxious for sweets, which is a huge win. They haven’t upset my stomach at all, and the serving size is perfect. In terms of convenience, the bottle is small and easy to keep at my desk or take with me. I’m already planning to order another one because these fit perfectly into my daily routine.

Taste great, and they aren’t too badly price especially if you get them on sale. I will say my appetite has gone down a little. But not by much I usually have an insatiable appetite. It only curbs it a tiny bit. I’m hoping by the time I finish one month out of the two month dose I got I will start to see results.

The OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings have been really easy to add to my routine. They’re soft, taste good, and don’t have that strong apple cider vinegar bite I expected. I like the mix of ingredients, and I do feel a small boost in energy during the day. They can be a little sticky in the jar and can get a little hard once the bottle is opened. Overall, a simple and tasty way to support my metabolism.

Love these gives me energy, apple flavored but can’t really taste it as it’s not strong once a day in the morning and you’re good to go, sizing is like a peach ring, they also help crave my sweet tooth so the quality is great.

They taste great and worked great... at first. I have IBS-C and this helped a lot with my constipation for the first few months, but gradually became less effective so I tried taking more, but then I got a metallic taste in my mouth and after Google-ing I found out you can take too much chromium 😅 I thought this batch might be less effective bc the last container I got was like stale? Even though it seemed sealed fine the gummies were stiff. This was a jar i bought at Walmart btw not from Amazon. I think it's maybe best to not take it every day. It can also cause cramping and act similar to laxatives, but i thought it was just bc my IBS.

This helped with all my cravings. It has helped me to lose weight because the cravings have been cut down.

One of my biggest complaints about vitamins in general can be taste. These actually taste amazing. They don't smell bad and the texture isn't offputting. I can't say for sure that these are responsible, but the first day I took one in the morning I noticed an immediate improvement in how I felt within an hour or two. I wasn't beginning to experience my normal mid-day struggle and still had a little pep in my step. So whether that is just my head playing games with me or an immediate result of the gummies, who knows? If anything changes, I'll be sure to update my review.
