A practical supplement for lowโfat diets
I bought this ADKE supplement because Iโm currently on a lowโfat diet, and these vitamins from food are fatโsoluble, so I wanted to make sure Iโm getting enough of them. The formula seems straightforward and the price is very reasonable, which made it worth trying. I canโt say for sure whether the dosage is perfect for my needs, but the supplement does its job and fits well into my routine. For the cost, I think itโs a good option, and I decided to give it a fair chance.

At the time of purchasing these were the best value for money vitamin A, D, E & K I could find. I probably have had fewer colds but it definitely affects my eyesight for the worst.
