Review: Size is the only issue - Finally on the third try, I got one that fit and provides concealment, and comfort as it should. I read the reviews and ordered a 4X, 2 sizes larger since I normally wear a XXL. Two people could have gotten inside the shirt. Looking at my XXL shirts which are a little loose, I thought a tight XX might be the right size. No way, I couldn't move my arms forward fully. At that point, I looked at the quality and decided to give the 3X a try. It arrived just like 4X and XX ... quickly. I put it on and found the fit to be great, and with the stretch, it went over my belly without a problem. It even managed to make it over a huge hernia caused by poor surgery. My recommendation, if you have a non-regulation body, plus a few other issues, try until you get it right. It is worth the effort. Expensive, but after trying several options, including some cheaper shirts, shoulder holsters, etc., these are the best. Excellent quality and the way it stretches over my many non-regulation body problems without tearing or discomfort, these are a clear winner. You get what you pay for and I am done with my search. Now to order a few more. The concealment of Glock 43X, 15X, 26, and 27, is great. Phones and/or extra magazines fit nicely in the other side for balanced feel and convenience. Draw ... smooth. At first, I put my 43X in a Desantis holster thinking since it worked well in my Levis pocket, it might really work well in the shirt pocket. Not enough drag from the pocket material as the worn Desantis kept coming out with the 43X. Tried another brand ... same result. So I tried with the bare pocket. No hang up, went to the mirror and no print. Tried several fast draw attempts, and all 4 of the Glocks I tried, came out smooth and fast. Exactly what I was hoping for. I just didn't like the Velcro scratch at first, but understand security of contents. After a few trials, I didn't really notice the Velcro. No longer an issue, and it does still secure the contents. Review: Perfect fit - I love this shirt fits perfect and hides my firearm perfectly don't know its even there

The medium is too small. I never have a problem with size medium. This was definitely small.
The medium is way too small. I could barely get it on. It was even harder getting it off. It does seem well made, though I will try ordering the large.

well made
I am 5'11" and 200lbs and the large fit great. there a little hot in the summer but great for colder weather. I use it as a base layer when deer hunting and the padding in the pockets really help to keep your core warm

Smaller fit But Better Pockets
I use these for traveling to carry cash, passports, valuables. Having used the 5 11 version as well as Tru Spec i was excited to try this version. These fit smaller .I am a lean 37 inch chest 32 waist. The Large in this fit me well but I am usually small in t shirts so go figure. It was also tight getting it on and off. The pockets on this shirt are deeper than the 5 11 version which is better for me. otherwise the build quality is very similar to 5 11. The difference between the Tru Spec version and this one is the Tru Spec has pockets more out in front of the chest and they aren't as secured as the 5 11 or this version is. However they are easier to get to then the two other versions just mentioned.

Compression & Velcro Aren't Enough to Securely Hold Firearm – Firearm Fell Out During Use
The Velcro and compression combo on their own won't hold your handgun in place if you're doing anything even remotely physically demanding. I bent over to better lace up my boot and my G17 fell right out of the pocket after about 5 to 10 seconds and smacked against the pavement. There's *SOME* retention, sure, but no where near enough for any practical use outside of driving / walking. Hardly what I'd call "tactical" wear. If you make after purchase modifications to it, like adding in a holster tailored for your firearm into the pocket and replacing the pocket with snaps or something comparable, then I'd say it's a good shirt. It's comfortable, and the padding is great. It's just, I bought this so I could have a faster draw while driving and to lessen the printing on my body (both of which were moderate and minor problems respectfully when I 4 O'clock concealed carried before). But as is, if I can't even run or bend forward without losing my firearm, it completely defeats the purpose of the shirt. It could be I ordered too big, I'm a fairly big guy (6'4" and around 315 pounds) and the product recommended getting a size up. I usually wear a 2XLT or a standard 3XL so I went for the 4XL on this product. It might be better with a 3XL, I'm not sure. I plan on getting a 3XL in the future to see if it works better, but for now I can say the 4XL did fit comfortably, not too loose or too tight, the retention of the pocket and the strength of the Velcro just isn't something I can rely on. And in life or death situations, you can't settle for less just to hope for the best.

CCW shirt
Loving these so far, I was told they ran small so I ordered one size bigger, should have got the actual size the holster sets maybe an inch to far back for my taste, but I think thats so you can carry your weapon of choice. They will hold a full size handgun.

It works if you’re skinny and not tall
The good…Function 5/5, Comfort 5/5, Material 5/5 The bad…not big & tall fat guy friendly. I am 6’4” and this leaves my gut hanging out leaving me needing to wear a tank top underneath in order to wear. Overall…I absolutely love this idea and how they made it and I hate that it doesn’t fit and it is falling “short” on material. I wish the company would do a big and tall option so I could buy more from them. I’m out $$$ but not without a proper review.
