I fell for the discount lol. I debated but figured it was too cheap to pass up. Couple of negatives. It's bigger than what I was expecting. I was thinking smaller like hang it on the back of your neck while working at the laptop. And USB..I thought it was USB charged and you'd be cordless. It's bigger than something I'd feel comfortable using in the office. Definitely has a pro-grade feel to it. And it's corded, as in needs outlet power to run. Thats understandable now considering how big it is and the size and power of the massage heads. Clearly I should have read the description before I purchased...but those 15 minutes were ticking by before the desk was going to end.lol The massage function is heavenly! I have semi-permanent knots in my shoulders from stress and working on a laptop all day. This really gets in there and works those knots like a pro. I love that you can reverse the motion when you choose..there are times it will hit a knot and change direction, and I can push the button to get the massage head going in the direction it was..great for when you have stubborn knots and need to hit a certain release point. I've used it in various areas of my neck and back. It doesn't disappoint. I do recommend keeping it on low for neck work--it's quite powerful! It for shoulders and back, it's great at any speed. I'm a little on the fence on the fabric covering the massager. It's rather scratchy. On the one hand, maybe that helps it grip into the muscle to really massage the knot out. I've thought about putting a silk pillowcase over it to see if that makes it less scratchy but wonder if that will make it less effective. The heat function is lackluster. I was hoping for hot like heating pad hot but it gets just above body temp. I'm not super unhappy about it, but a higher heat setting option would be nice. But for the low price, this is a fabulous piece of equipment! I can do a session on my neck, shoulders and back and feel nearly as loose as a massage and dip in a hot tub. I would honestly rate it 5 stars but the scratchy fabric is a bit of a worry..and the lack of heat options make me have to remove a half a star. 4.5 out of 5

It helps me a lot when my back, neck, or legs hurt. I use it for all kinds of body pain; it features four massage levels, so you can choose the setting you prefer. The cord is sufficiently long—which is a definite plus—and the materials are of high quality. Given the excellent price point, I truly recommend this product to anyone suffering from pain.

Astounding product for the price. It is similar to a deep tissue massage in pressure, so it may hurt at first to those who aren’t accustomed to this type of massage. It took the knots right out of my mom’s neck, she was so relieved. The heating element adds a relaxing and healing touch. I gifted to my parents, they thought it was silly at first, but as soon as they gave it a tried it they realized that they love it! My mom now uses it every morning!

Easy to use, it does what it says it does. I purchase these for father's day gift for my husband and uncle and they both love it. It has heat and it works wonder. The quality is amazing and it relax you after a long day of work.

First review I have ever left. Possibly the WORST massager on the market. Do not buy any similar product. The massager is an uneven triangle with a ROUNDED bottom. It will not stay in place even pulling on the straps with all your might. If you have a neck/shoulder injury you are GUARANTEED to make it worse. You could nail this to a wall and it still won't stay in place. If I still had the box, I'd return it. The best thing you can use the straps for is slamming it on the pavement into a million pieces so that no one else is injured by this TORTURE device.

Impressed with the performance at this price! Saw similar at Walmart for $60...I'm glad I went with this instead. Powerful massage really gets in there but it's easy to adjust, so it's not too much on one spot. Love that it switches up rotations automatically. I like that you can use it pretty much anywhere on your body. The heat is a nice feature. Some reviews thought it wasn't hot enough, but I think it's fine! It's enough to notice the warmth and have a cozy, relaxed feeling on muscles. After all it's a massager not a heating pad people lol. Not sure how long this device will last...but my first impression was that it seemed sturdy and worth the $. Hopefully this saves a lot of money in the long run not paying for massages!! It is truly an instant relief.
