This supplement kicked in right away, I didn’t have to wait for it to accumulate in my body. Helps me to control my temper and I fall asleep easier. Hopefully this effect will last. I think it’s also L-theanine that does the job. I take two in the morning and can focus and stay calm.

My nutritionist recommended this supplement, and I usually take it in the morning with my other vitamins. But when I forget and take it at night with Ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate, it honestly helps me sleep so well. After two weeks following the label my mood felt steadier and I fell asleep faster. Small capsules and gentle on the stomach. No caffeine or melatonin. The bottle lasts well. If you take medications, check first, especially antidepressants.
