Bit hard into ankle bones really badly , fist time experienced it with any boot , so no not happy

It's been a year now, I've dragged these shoes through hell and high water. They've been holding up fine and are by far the comfiest work boot I have ever owned. Will keep buying this model as long as I possibly can. Also did I mention they're built in the US?
