Review: Thin flexible sharp knife for fruit carving or deboning proteins. - Sharpest knife ive ever gotten out of a box. It has a fine thin tip made for getting into places when boning out chicken or carving designs into fruit. It is slightly flexible. Its designed reminds me of a Japanese style honesuki. The only downside is a smaller handle....but I have very large hands, which leads me to believe you can use a pen hold for carving small details. Its a great knife.

Sharpest knife ive ever gotten out of a box. It has a fine thin tip made for getting into places when boning out chicken or carving designs into fruit. It is slightly flexible. Its designed reminds me of a Japanese style honesuki. The only downside is a smaller handle....but I have very large hands, which leads me to believe you can use a pen hold for carving small details. Its a great knife.
