I’ve been really happy with this hand grip so far. The quality feels sturdy and comfortable to use, and it gives a good amount of resistance for hand and forearm workouts. Happy with grip trainer
The grip strength trainer works just as advertised. Easy to adjust resistance. It seems to be well made and makes no noise while working with it. I'm quite satisfied.

Good while it lasts
Delivered April 11th, spring broke May 15th. For the month I had it, it was good and I noticed changes from using it every day. But if I get another one and it breaks in a month again, I'm changing this review to 1 star.
