The fabric on this shirt is very light, which makes it comfy to wear under sweaters or by itself, but the collar doesn't stand up great because of the soft fabric. It fits to size and love the color options. I have a blue and a maroon one. It washes up nicely. I hang mine to dry. I'm not sure I'd call it wrinkle free because the folds from packing are still visible even after a few washes. It's really soft & can be worn casually or for more dressy occasions. It does have a little stretch which I like.
