I am enjoying a cup of this wonderfully therapeutic & delicious tea right now. I have mine with oat milk, which goes with it perfectly in my opinion. Could add honey too, but fine without. It is sometimes called dandelion coffee too, as it is in some ways more similar to the taste of coffee than tea & is used as a coffee substitute with no caffeine. Dandelion tea/coffee is good for Kidney & Liver health & detoxification. It is also useful for lowering cholesterol & blood pressure & regulating blood sugar levels & has high levels of Calcium & Vitamin K for those, like myself, suffering from Osteoporosis & Osteoarthritis & can also aid digestion by stimulating bile production. I do allow dandelions to grow in some areas of my garden, as they are more of a treasure than a weed in my opinion, but I need to grow more for harvesting, so am very happy to find this supply online. I made the mistake of having a cup of this before bed and I was needing to go to the toilet for a wee all night. Has a nice taste though but drink it earlier in the day as it will make you go more frequently.

Easy to grind, taste as it should

Sehr schöne Qualität, ordentlich verpackt und schnell geliefert. Der Tee schmeckt sehr angenehm, leicht nussig und erinnert irgendwie an Popcorn 🙂
