The display has suddenly stopped working, and the clock is still under warranty. Please suggest what needs to be done to get it repaired or replaced under warranty.

Instruction manual not given. Struggling to set timing Digits not coming properly. Battery backup not working. Waste of money. Money lost. Couldn't use the product even for a week. Manufacturer/dealer contract details not given. Amazon is not helping me at all. I have packed the wall clock and kept aside. Total waste of money. I am pained. Request don't buy any product from Ajanta.
