🎥 Elevate your gimbal game—stabilize like a pro, shoot like a visionary!
The Steadicam Steadimate 15 transforms your motorized gimbal (up to 15 lbs) into a body-worn stabilizer by integrating a Steadicam arm and vest. It adds a crucial 4th axis of stabilization, reducing walking-induced shake and enabling longer, more comfortable handheld shooting sessions. Compatible with DJI Ronin, Ronin M, and Freefly MoVI, it offers quick switching between handheld and steadimate modes, making it an essential upgrade for professional videographers seeking ultra-smooth footage and ergonomic support.

All weight to lower back
I bought this thing on Adorama. Arm is nicely made and does the great job and minimizing footsteps with the ronin. However, the vest is a different story. I’m not sure, maybe because I’m fat, but all the weight gets concentrated on my lower back and I can’t operate this thing for more than 5 minutes at the time. I run ronin with blackmagic pocket 6k pro. So the weight in theory is not an issue. I can hold that camera for several minutes in my arms without jerking. With this system though, pain on lower back is unbearable. I tried all kinds of different configurations but all the same. I do suspect vest is the problem, because instead of my shoulders and legs, weight all goes down to lower back.
