I wasn't sure this was the same but, when checking manufacturer website this is from the same company and was on website. We ordered two and they are same quality, just a more rounded handle. I checked their website again today and this spatula is no longer listed. I don't think they were from China. It does look like they aren't making them any longer so I can't tell you if what Amazon is selling now is just old stock or what.
