Shrinkflation on the thickness no longer heavy duty!!
I have been buying this parchment to bake sourdough for the last year and have loved it until this last purchase arrived. The paper that was once truly heavy duty and thick nealy like butcher paper is now extremely thin. It burns in the high degree oven when previously it did not - it’s so thin you can see your hand silhouette through it. I’ll be returning one of the rolls that I have not opened and I’m going to see if I can return the other I tore off two sheets from. What a huge disappointment. I’ve raved about and recommend this paper to numerous other sourdough bakers - now warning DO NOT BUY they have decided to shirkflation is and produce a seriously subpar product!

Not good!
The product description says no harmful substances in this product. How can they say that? The paper is silicone coated. That is not healthy- it is harmful to your health. I am searching for parchment paper that is simply parchment paper without any added chemicals.
