These seem well put together and are much more comfortable to wear than the NHS ones with a lower profile. I have a sprained wrist and it is offering great support and a low profile so that I can still type effectively when working.

Over all these are a great product and have certainly helped with the discomfort & irritation of carpel tunnel syndrome. The level of support is high, with a good secure grip (maybe too secure!) rather difficult to undo once fastened - due to the sheer strength of the 'adhesiom' created by the velcro. As others have mentioned; there is a problem with the metal splint working free & digging into the skin - definitely something to raise with the manufacturer. Overall, I would buy again, but would find a way of ensuring the metal splint stays put. Maybe a stitch in the top.

Helped when I had brief wrist pains after writing my thesis. Very supportive and good for even my very thin wrists.

This wrist support works really well but if you are not careful and get the straps too tight you could end up with numbness and pressure marks. Eventually after trying for 2 weeks I returned them and used wrist supports instead at night.

These wrist splints are excellent value as the pair is included in the cost, After about a week of wearing them each night there was a considerable improvement in the symptoms of carpel tunnel discomfort. Now I only use them now and again if I have had indications that there may be symptoms developing during the evening.

Very supportive and no discomfort felt in the wrist overnight. Simple to use and appears well made. Some loss of sensation in the thumb so will check it isn’t too tight the next time it is worn.

The wrist strap works well however there are two side support steel strips that constantly work loose and will dig into your arm . I will raise this with the manufacturer as some form of retention is required to prevent this

I wrote a review saying this was tight around the thumb then realised I had fitted the left hand support to my right hand... doh! Now fitted to the correct, hand these are way more comfortable and can easily be worn all night without any discomfort. Quite bulky and need a loose sleeve to fit under., but does the job very well and makes a huge difference to my carpal tunnel pain overnight when wearing these

I bought the "Doctor Developed Wrist Supports (2 Pack) - Wrist Splint with Handbook - Carpal Tunnel Wrist Splint for Arthritis & Carpal Tunnel Relief - Wrist Brace for Tendonitis, Wrist Support." This support is made for either the left or right hand, so be sure to buy the correct one if you only need it on the one wrist. It has a 7" metal piece from the middle of the palm and down to the arm, as do other wrist supports. However, it also has two other 7" metal supports: one on the back side of the hand near the thumb, and one on the side of the hand opposite to the thumb. When worn, the wrist has very little movement. I can't imagine doing much work while wearing the supports, but I haven't tried, as I bought them for use while in bed. The supports are great for night use, as the wrists are kept anatomically correct all night.

Game changer! I sleep with this brace on every night and it effectively helps manage my carpal tunnel symptoms. My overall pain is reduced, I don't wake up gripping my wrist in pain anymore, and I can accomplish most tasks throughout the day with little pain. I have tried one other brace (brace up) which I sometimes carry around for day use. I find this brace is is my go to every night and is more comfortable. Hope this review helps!

I got this for my carpal tunnel but it was annoying to sleep with it so had to return

Fit well and ease the pain of Carpal tunnel.

They worked for sleeping, but were really big and bulky. I ended uppurchasing a different brand that is compact and does same job. Keeping these for emergency in my vehicle.
