Kaytee Wild Bird Food Basic Seed Blend, 40 lb

I’m honestly so impressed with this bird seed, especially for the price! I’ve tried a few different feeds, but the birds seem to absolutely love this one. I get so many different kinds visiting my feeders now, which has made watching the birds in my yard so much more fun. I regularly see cardinals, chickadees, woodpeckers, and even crows coming by for this seed. I love getting such a variety instead of only attracting one or two types of birds. For a 5 lb bag, the price is really reasonable too, especially considering how much use I’m getting out of it. If you enjoy having birds around your yard, I definitely recommend giving this one a try. The birds clearly approve! 🐦❤️

We used this feed in Lincoln and Columbus Nebraska. Both times it led a lot of different birds from the Midwest straight to our patio/doorstep. Our cats LOVED to watch the wild birds eat from our window bird feeder. We will definitely be buying again!

My outside birds and squirrels love this food. They’re very spoiled creatures and refuse to eat anything else.

My birds really love this seed. The sunflower seeds are small enough that they do not get caught in the dispensing holes. This seed has attracted a large variety of fun birds that keep returning every day. There is plenty of cracked corn in the mix and ducks love it as well. It clumps in the feeder when there is any rain but easy to remove.

Great , attracts many backyard birds. If seen Cardinals, blue hats, yellow belly finch, mourning doves, The quality is great. Plenty of sunflower seeds which the cardinals love

The birds love this bird food and no weeds when spilled in dirt. Very happy with this product.

The birds seem to like it so we got what we wanted. And yes, squirrels seem to enjoy the seeds too unfortunately. Unfortunately we realized too late how pricey it is so not great value for our money. My wife found similar seed in bulk and bought an equivalent or greater quantity for a small fraction of what we paid for Kaytee seeds. Not likely to buy anymore Kaytee at Amazon.

WellI put this bird see out at 4 different bird feeder stations along hiking trails. Three on the stations chipmunks and squirrels ate it all up and the fourth station, a bear totally demolished the station. But zero birds were observed at any site.

This is the ideal bird seed mix for finches, robins, sparrows, cardinals, & others. (Apparently, also for squirrels--you've been warned!)

The birds are loving this seed and I think that the whole bird community has figured it out. I’ve pretty much gone through a whole bag in 2 days and now the birds are giving me the stink eye. I’m afraid that if I don’t get more of this stuff, that they will collectively revolt upon my head. I have had a blast watching the birds go crazy over this seed.
