Good Belt, Almost Great
I love this thing. Fits snug on my hips and stays there. I like that you can use regular water bottles. I use the basic 500ml (16.9oz) bottled water that you can buy in bulk everywhere and they fit perfectly. I think it would handle 20oz bottles but it would be pretty tight. The front pocket could be bigger, my S3 phone fits, but just barely and no room for anything else. Nothing larger than an S3 will fit in there. Also, there are two elastic loops for energy gel (GU) but it is almost impossible to wedge the gel packets into the loops. So I have had to ditch my phone and put my energy gel in the front pocket. If they made both the pocket and the elastic loops a little bit bigger the belt would be perfect. Still good, just not quite enough storage for long runs.
