This WORKS! I used it as directed and I could tell the difference by the next morning, the first morning. Ladies, if you have problems, down there, you know what I mean, this is what you need! I had zero irritation, zero mess, zero issues inserting it. The insertion part, you need to be comfortable with your body and be able to physically reach the area in question, if you have any sort of question about that, then perhaps you might need to look for a tool for this purpose, I have seen some included with other brands, but for me, that is not an issue. This took care of my apparent pH issue that I had dealt with for years, irritation, odor, discharge, my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner, had I know how easy and fast this would work, and my gosh, ladies, we just don't talk about this with each other, how sad is that???? Instead of being embarrassed, instead of using products that cover odor and ultimately cause even more trouble, especially with our delicate pH down there, let's be more open about this and help each other. That's exactly why I'm writing this review, ladies if you have been dealing with the embarrassment of odor, irritation, discharge, then give this a try, you should be able to tell as early as the first morning if this is going to help. Of course if it doesn't help, see your doctor. This isn't medical advice, I'm just stating what worked for me, and this did! I had no problems with the capsule disintegrating internally, it kept its shape until after I had inserted it. I couldn't feel it, but I think I may have felt a tiny bit of foaming as it dissolved, especially the first night, I don't recall feeling that foaming feeling after that night. I typically wear panty liners so I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary the following morning except that I felt and smelled normal. I haven't had to use any type of feminine deodorant spray or any special cleaner down there, I am on my 9th day of using it, I plan on one more night then I'll stop for a few days and see how things shape up. I'm hoping for a "one and done" with this, but if I have to use it regularly (off and on) I'm OK with that, especially if this company continues to make and sell this, it's the best price I found, I trust this company, it's not my first rodeo with this brand. I will buy more to keep on hand for future, or if any of my lady friends are in need of this sort of assistance.

I have been using this for several years now. It accomplishes what is says it will. I use it a couple of days in a row then stop for a couple of days. Thank you for a good product.

It's odd to write a review for these, but in this area of the desert where temps can get 113 easily, you need to ensure you take care of all the parts of your body. Because of dehydration and then using electrolytes, etc, you can toss off body chemistry. These are very effective in doing what they are supposed to do, and are not irritated interiorly or exteriorly. I would recommend using them at night to get the most internal benefit so it doesn't run right out, but I've done both effectively.

I always had an issue w odor no matter how much I cleaned myself or used probiotic suppositories, nothing worked. My doctor told me to get Boric acid. I was more inclined to go with Walmart for that because I was scared of buying an unknown brand like this. The ingredients are only boric acid + the capsule. IT WORKS WONDERS MY GUY. I put in 2 every morning when I shower, at night if I have some fun time, i'll put one more. It says do not go over 2/day and that's what I usually do. But if there's some action, I put in one more at night because no way I don't want it throwing me off. - This works spectacularly. I promise this is literally the best thing that's happened to me. It has erased my embarrassment for a long time.
