Pellets are too hard.
The pellets are not chewable at all by tortoise. My tortoise hates this product.

My Hermann's tortoise went hungry and did not even smell this stuff.

Great for Sulcata tortoises supplement food
We love these for our Sulcata tortoises, especially when the grass is low or dead during the winter times here in Florida. They aren't soft, smell like hay and greens, easy to use and offer the tortoises

Great for tortoises
Sadly crazy expensive in Europe, but loved by almost all tortoises. Our baby tortoise literally comes running when she realizes there's Mazuri on the plate. I soak it up in warm water before offering.
