Muffin Top Pan

I have made so many things with these molds. A little EVOO spray in them and nothing sticks. They wash well on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. Muffin tops, egg bits and breakfast biscuits have come out great so far. Family loves that they make the perfect shape for breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommend.

I have been using this mold for a couple months to make my own breakfast sandwiches and it is perfect! Eggs come out perfect every time. Just like with other pans/moulds, I do spray it with no stick spray and have never had an issue with them sticking. Will be using it for tarts as well! Not disappointed at all!

I am going to try again, I didn't like the way they came out the first time. I made chocolate ones. Some stuck, it wasn't fun. But since then I have figured out a good icing for filling. Southern Living's swiss Meringue vanilla icing. It's similar to the fillings used in snack cakes. Don't refrigerate the icing. When I tried to whip it back up, it looked like butter. So have your cakes ready for icing, then make the icing.

These are great to use to make protein pancakes in the microwave.

These pans are so versatile. I use them for cookies and Whoopie pies. Perfect size and depth. Easy cleanup.

Very easy to clean. Non stick surface makes it easy to remove food/deserts. Issue I had with it is that you needed a cookie sheet or some solid surface underneath in order to use these. Transferring them from the counter to the oven without anything underneath is near impossible.

I bought this to make breakfast sandwiches. Works well. I spray the cups lightly before adding my eggs and they don’t stick. Would recommend.
