Hunting, Golf, And Other Uses
Pros: - High overall device quality in compact form factor (12-ounce carry weight) - Claimed 1000 m measurement distance - Displays in yards or meters - Functions ideally suited for hunting, also usable for golf or other distance measuring tasks - Point-to-Point (P2P) - Vertical height between 2 points - Selectable switch for display of angles - Rain/Fog mode - +/- 5 diopter optical manual adjustment focus ring - 6x optical power with 7.5 degree field of view - Single CR2 lithium power cell required - Semi-rigid protective carrying case/zipper/bungee safety closure/aluminum carabiner/belt loop Cons: - I find unit cost of around 200 bucks (at time of writing) to be comparatively high - Difficult to understand English instruction manual - Functions are not intuitive - Unknown Water resistance rating (if any) - Potential warranty issues? Device seems to function properly, with great promise; however, it will take me quite some time for me to fully understand the instructions, and find methods to validate the accuracy of results displayed by this unit. Should I find any additional concerns, I will come back and modify my review with updated information. Thanks for indicating if you’ve found my comments and photos helpful in your consideration of this product.

Rugged. Seems accurate. Price might factor
I brought this and another far less expensive unit on a round of golf. I couldn't really find a reason to justify the higher price on this one for what I was using it for. I did drop this one a few times (a wrist strap would be good) and you'd never know it, so that's good. It's clearly made with the hunter (deer hunter) in mind, but the utility works for golf as well. I'd be very confident using it and depending on it for either. While the retail price is $200, there is a $50 coupon right now, so $150 is definitely a price difference to factor in. I should say that I didn't really test things over 500 yards, and this one goes up to 1100 unlike the cheaper one that I had. The same brand has an 800 yard offering for less than half the price. But that extra difference could very well be the justification. So, I guess if you really need over 1000 yards, then this might be exactly what you need and worth every penny - and perhaps a great deal with the coupon, but if not, there are cheaper options that are pretty much equivalent.

First time user of this brand, very surprised and impressed
Using this for outdoor activities like hunting, and the durability and build quality necessary to be able to use this in weather conditions and throw it into a pack when needed seems to be there - feels good in the hands and not cheap. As far as I'm aware at least, this is the first time I use a product from this brand and I'm impressed and surprised, it encourages me to check out future products for sure as a first time user. The view and image through the device is very clear as other reviews mentioned, this and other comments from other users online is what encouraged me to also order this and give it a try for my use cases. As far as accuracy goes, it's accurate enough for my needs and hasn't failed me in at least what I estimate to be comparative numbers to what the device tells me. In other words, it gives me the numbers I expect to see and I don't need anything scientifically accurate for my use cases. If others expect something even more accurate, I guess your usage may vary, but I would still trust this for general use.

Solid range finder
Everything I wanted with a few "meh" points. It's a good rangefinder. I haven't done fog but in sun and drizzle out to about 100yrds its great. On/off is easy. The display has some clutter to it but it's not bad... just a why. The case is robust and not designed to hut but honestly I'm gonna range to a few trees and put this back in my pack so the color doesn't bother me. The battery is a weird size... if anything could be USB rechargeable its this. Or at least let me use AA or something other than this odd thing. TLDR: Good range finder, enough small nits to drop it a star.

Should Get (Much) More For The Price
For $199.99 (Amazon price at time of order and review) I expected something far better. Don't get me wrong, the rangefinder does the job in a nice form factor (if a bit small in my hand). Takes some getting used to wrt the functions, but they're not that much different from my other rangefinders. Having said that, this seems more like a rangefinder in the $120-150 range (tops; I have two others that have identical functions that cost no more than this). So I'm a more than bit turned off with the price. Especially since... For the price, this "hunting" rangefinder should have come in a "hunting" carry case and not a golf rangefinder carry case (you'll note in the product page photo of "What's in the box" MILESEEY conveniently blacked out "in golf" below MILESEEY on the case. But "MILESEEY // Rangefinder // In Golf" is on the case you get). Why no lanyard? Again, for the price, one should be included. If you want to know the main reason why I'm disappointed take a look at this rangefinder: "ACPOTEL Golf Rangefinder" (Amazon ASIN: B08KDRKLHQ). For one-third the price one gets a VERY similar rangefinder. I have this rangefinder and while it may not have exactly the functions this one does it's pretty close. In my review of it I noted that it compared very favorably with both the Redfield and Bushnell rangefinders I have. Again, for one-third the cost of this MILESEEY offering. So why am I paying more...? I could be wrong; maybe there is $200 of value here as other reviewers seem to think so. But I don't see it. 3 stars.
