Review: Stellar performance, one of the best apps I've ever used - I would like to start out with the app which crosses over into the feature set. I'm an Android user and I find that most companies will focus more efforts on their iOS app; Android being "the red headed step child". That is NOT the case with Ecoflow. I can't speak to the iOS app, but their Android app is absolutely top notch. I would go so far as to say it's in the top 5 apps, as far as user experience goes, that I've ever used. Getting the device connected to WiFi, upgrading the firmware, and getting it set up is extremely intuitive, never had any issues or errors which are typical with other devices (not just power generators, but all devices that connect to WiFi). The intelligence to include a lower charge shut off and an upper charge shutoff tells me that they really considered the lifecycle of your investment. Additionally, you can limit the amount of wattage the devices charge at for their various charging methods, that's just going above and beyond in my opinion. You don't have to worry about tripping any breakers or anything like that. As far as hardware goes, they're pretty solid devices. From the rugged exterior and cables down to the quality of the LCD screen it's all very well built. I LOVE that they had the forethought to include the collabsable handle and wheels because these suckers are HEAVY. On that note, I wish they put hand holds in the box that they come in. Carrying something that heavy and awkwardly sized to get it in the house and unboxed is a bit of a pain. I aggravated a knee injury in the process; although I'm partly to blame for that one. Simple perforations in the sides of the box for the hand holds like many other manufacturers of large gear would go a long way. I'll close with their customer service. I happened to catch this on a bundle + a deal that included a grounding module. Apparently, during checkout with desertcart, there was a checkbox that I didn't check to opt in to this deal. When I contacted customer service, they pointed this out, but still asked me for my shipping address and sent me the grounding unit at no cost to me! Additionally, I've been contacted by them since receiving the bundle to make sure that I was all set and addressed the single question I had. I really ask that anyone reading this part goes back to the beginning of this paragraph and reads it again. When is the last time you got what you would consider even "adequate" customer service? When was the last time you got "good" or even "excellent" customer service? This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had if not THE best. I want to emphasize that they weren't annoying about it either. I simply had a voicemail one day from them stating that they were just checking in to see if everything was working OK and if I had any questions to give them a call back. A single voicemail. No emails, no multiple phone calls, just a voicemail. Point is, I wasn't being harassed. They just wanted to make sure that I was set with my investment. Delta Pro 9/10 EcoFlow App 10/10 EcoFlow Company 11/10 I'm docking the Delta Pro a point for 2 reasons (and this really applies to the extended batteries as well). One being they could've put a little more thought into the cumbersome nature of moving the box around, simple perforated hand holds in the outer carboard box would've rectified this. Also to that point, it would be nice to have a less conspicuous box. Anyone within viewing range could've easily looked up what EcoFlow offers and known these boxes were worth stealing. The second reason I dock a point is that I'd like included is some dust & water resistant covers for USB and AC outlets. To charge the device, there's a door that flips up (not spring loaded) so that's at least a little protected. These are going to be in my basement and there's going to be dust. I know they offer a pretty expensive cover for this reason but some removable rubber plugs I think is minimum as the cost of them justifies a little more forethought for protection of the power outputs. I have already recommended them to anyone I've talked with looking for a power station, generator, or reliable battery backup for important electronics. Just this past week a tornado went through our neighborhood and someone was looking for backup suggestions because their sump pump went out and their basement flooded. I recommended the Delta 2 (the Delta Pro is a bit overkill for a sump pump).
Review: I got a lemon unit - I have had this unit only since end of December last year and its already failing. Initially it was great and worked fairly well. Although it was somewhat of a pain to get the firmware updated, I managed to do it (WIFI only supports 2.4ghz). So I thought, wow I have 11kwh of backup power when I'm working I'm good for an outage. Well, today I started hearing beeping noises and noticed that my unit was almost completely depleted. Interestingly, the unit was still transferring power from the output to the connected devices but not charging. I've gone through all the steps, used AI and anything I could find to troubleshoot, including checking cables, checking the over voltage button, along with steps to restart the units. Unfortunately, none of that has worked, and I've tried contacting customer service, so we'll see if I get a response or not. So far all I've gotten back are basic troubleshooting steps I did prior to contacting them, and listed in my communications. I've only had the unit for about 3.5 months at most and its already having issues. Maybe that's why they were such a "bargain" but I was honestly hoping they'd actually perform well. I did come across a thread that said the uneven discharge of the batteries is a known issue but apparently Ecoflow hasn't corrected it since they introduced the product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely PERFECT

Where to begin. The generator & extra batteries are heavy. They have nifty handles that can extend outward on the bottoms, these make them easier to move. The cables that connect the generator to the extra batteries are not very long, so they must be placed close together. The batteries cannot be charged alone. You charge them by connecting to the generator and the generator charges the batteries. Noise, what noise?! There is a fan in the generator that you can hear. If you have ever used a non solar generator you know that the noise stays with you long after it is shut down. The solar panels are on the heavy side for my 68 yo husband. I don’t know yet how long it takes to charge the generator and extra batteries with two, 400 w solar panels because it is still charging as I write this. We have a third solar panel, but my husband decided to stop using two because our electricity came back on. *Now for the good stuff* When we lost electricity, it took moments to get fridge, freezer, Starlink, fans etc plugged into the generator. Easy, so easy to have everything connected and running. The generator and batteries were behind the couch in the living room. No deadly fumes to worry about! ! No worries about someone trying to steal anything outside because the only thing you can hear is the generator. We did not have to worry about electricity being restored in town because we might need more fuel for the generator. No concerns about the start button not working properly and the generator is too large to pull start. The LED panel is easy to read and understand. We used the app and were able to plug, and unplug various things to see what the usage was for each. We live close to the Texas Gulf Coast and have been through a few hurricanes, storms and even car accidents that caused power outages. We have had our share of generators and let me tell you that the Ecoflow Delta Pro is by far the best, easiest and most reliable generator you can get short of a built in system! The items I listed above are all things that we have had to worry about and deal with in the past. Unfortunately, people die every year from gas generator fumes. We would fill our vehicles up with gas and pull them one at a time around back to the patio where the generator was. My husband, after using all the cans of gas, would siphon out of the vehicles to keep the generator running. He would have to go outside during the night to do that. If you haven’t had to use a gas generator you might not appreciate how minor the so called problems are! I can tell you from experience that the Ecoflow Delta Pro system with two extra batteries is absolutely PERFECT! I will get pictures and add them to this.
