I probably have Von Willibrand, it runs in my family. And this stuff works so well at keeping my hemoglobin within the good range. I used to just take iron pills...and now this is the only medicine I will take.

Iron supplement that was easy to take and did not cause stomach discomfort in my case. The dosage is high, so it’s best used only when needed. I noticed a slight improvement in energy after a few weeks.

Since giving birth one year ago I’ve been experiencing many problems: randomly passing out, sensory issues every time I would go out (I would either have a panic attack or faint), dizziness, extreme brain fog, pressure behind the eyes, heaviness in my lungs, and fatigue.
