These help me so much! Let me preface this by saying I have been a life long anemic. Doctors dont care that I have a ferritin of 3 as long as my iron levels are normal (they are not btw). I am tired of feeling exhausted all the time and cannot take regular iron pills these are super easy on my stomach and when I forget to take them my body knows. Has good and necessary ingredients for iron absorption. I recommend this product. My ferritin was increasing with the first batch I had, but actually went down after starting the new order. I donโt know if thatโs from the Babesia and Bartonella in my blood, or if I got a bad batch?
