Highly effective vitamin

Was recommended these years ago by a nutritionist and have continued to take them with no negative side effects. The tablets are pretty big in size and I know some people can struggle to take larger tablets but im fine with it. All medical professionals I have seen since have said these are good quality vitamins, and I will continue to take them

I use these vitamins every day and they are amazing.

I feel less tired/fatigued, my menstrual cycle is more regulated, less mastalgia and mood swings!! Feel better in general overall. Totally recommend.

Can't say I've noticed a big difference but I tend to ensure I'm getting the essential vitamins etc. through my diet and exercise regularly, these are more of a belt and braces thing to be certain that I'm doing everything I reasonably can to take care of myself. The one thing that is particularly noticeable however is the luminous pee. The tablets are quite big and dry, you will need a glass of water to swallow them, they don't have any distinct odour like some other multi vitamins I've used in the past. The container is not child proof

Be cautious with multivitamins with extremely high dosages of B6 and B12 as they can worsen anxiety and insomnia in some people. Did not suit me at all and worsened my symptoms. Had to bin them.

This product isn't packed with lots of rubbish so you have confidence that it's a good product

It keeps me flexible and works for me.
