Healthy Post Workout Protein Snack
I learned about Edamame via osteoporosis groups. It contains protein, calcium, and isoflavones, which support bone density and may reduce fracture risk. I eat it, along with calcium-rich foods, and take vitamin D, vitamin K, and calcium supplements to improve my bone health. I lift heavy weights for my size and really like to eat a bag after working out with my trainer. They taste good, have a crunchy texture, and are reasonably priced, which is a plus. I highly recommended.

Spicy protein snack
I keep these crunchy edamame snacks in my car so that I don’t come home hangry. I needed something that was shelf, stable and vegan and tasted pretty good. This filled all of those needs and satisfies that need for a crunch.

Great healthy high protein snack and good value!
I was looking for a high protein healthy snack that would actually taste good. I also have been trying to incorporate beans into my diet but only really enjoyed unhealthy baked beans in a can. This snack is not only delicious and spicy like I enjoy but is quite filling even in small bags. It's crunchy and high protein low carb. ITS also very affordable for what you receive. I highly recommend and if you don't like spicy they have other flavors. Very healthy guilt free and filling!
