That being said, I love this cane! It is exactly as advertised and more!Some reviewers have said that the cane is wobbly. The first time I tried to use it, it was wobbly. But then I went online and learned how to use a cane correctly and it wasn't wobbly anymore. I believee people who said it was wobbly may have been using it incorrectly.This cane is quite sturdy and supports my weight when walking or standing. The foot of the cane actually has 4 feet which seem to grip whatever surface it is on. The cane pivots easily when I change direction. The grip is comfortable and fits my hand well. I am 5'10" and it actually adjusts to my height. This is a first for me. Most items are too short for me. The cane is helpful for balance going up and down stairs, but I need the handrail for support.It does a great job of standing alone on flat surfaces. It stands alone on my carpet only sometimes. The cane collapses easily and unfolds easily. It has a wrist strap that can be used to hold the cane together when it has been collapsed. I love that it comes in different colors. I chose the purple color. The purple on the cane is brighter than it appears in my monitor, but it's very pretty. The color appears to be a part of the metal. I don't think the color will scratch off or peel off easily.
