NORMALLY, I would buy a shower chair. Due to the narrow tub, I was just trying to find anything to fit. Then I came across this. It fits my tub perfectly. Most of all it does NOT wobble. No slipping or sliding either. You know, those tiny movements that make you feel your going to fall and break something. Anyway, the seat is comfortable and I do not even miss not having a back with a chair. It's big enough for my hind side to fit comfortably, with room to spare. It was simple for my husband to put together without any tools. The blue cushion isn't much cushion, but it helps. I think this would be helpful for RVs too or to carry on a vacation. It holds up to 500 lbs and I believe it would. It comes with the suction grab bar. It sucks fabulously. Even my husband was impressed. Make sure you test it before each use and take off and re-suck it every two weeks for safety. I have a small hand the bar is not to big for my hands. So I am able to get a good grip. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble!

This bath chair is very sturdy, and solidly built. It was easy to assemble and hold a weight of several hundred pounds while not wobbling or buckling. It is very comfortable to sit on and does not slide or move once it's placed in the tub. The height is excellent but I appreciate it sturdiness the most. I've had other chairs that were not as sturdy or comfortable as this one, I love it!

Perfect size as well as giving confidence in the shower.

I'm a big feller so I needed a heavy duty chair. My last one, the legs bent out as I was getting in to the shower. almost made me fall and this chair had the extra cross supports which hold the legs from separating like my old chair. The old chair worked for a while. I did tighten the bolts up after use, but no issues. It was comfortable and held up well. The suction cups worked, but the legs would come out of the cups so that was aggravating. I learned to move it around after I finished my shower to avoid the problem.

It's a great product very strong, it fits in the shower and or the tub. Highway 250 lb and it supports my way. The suction comes always stick to the shower / tub floor.

it was easy to assemble , and it works good but it could have longer legs for taller person the seat could be a little wider it says it can old up to 500lbs but my son who is extreamly heavy rufuses to use it says the seat is to small. but it works great for what it was desigined for .

I had to replace my bariatric stool that I’ve had for 7 years now. It was starting to break all along the seam of the plastic seat. It was the heaviest duty /way more expensive version compared to this stool. I’m on a tight budget and I saw the great reviews and thought I would try it. The difference in this stool is the price is far more affordable, for a stool that can handle up to 500 pounds. It has a narrower profile with a less wide seat. I thought the seat might be too small for me. It’s a few inches less than my other seat. But I put it together and it is solid. No wobbles, and it can easily handle my weight and I’m over 400 pounds due to medical conditions and meds. I thought it would be uncomfortable once I got sitting on it being so wide myself, but I was fine. I did not feel I needed the extra width in the end. I put it in the tub and to my delight it could go much farther back than my other stool -which left very little room for standing in front of the stool to rinse off. So this is a stool to pick if you’re extremely heavy, you need it’s sit farther back in your tub, if your tub is narrow or has curves (which was of the problem with mine). I was very happy how easy it was to put together. For once the directions really worked. Large print in English, well explained including pictures. It even had an email if you needed help getting it set up. But it was easy. I don’t have any stamina and I was able to do it. It did not feel like it was going to tip at all being narrower. It takes up less room in my bathroom in or out of the bathtub. My old stool would sometimes scratch my legs from the screws on the legs. And this has knobs so I was wondering if that would happen. That’s a problem for me. I’m not allowed to get cuts because I am very susceptible to sepsis. I never had any problems getting in and out of that tub with my leg pressing up against those knobs just in case you’re wondering about that. I like the little sponge that goes on top. Easy to wash and rinse. I also sit on it when I get out of the tub. So I just put a little towel down and I sit on it to dry off. By the time I get all dried, the sponge is pretty much dry. Extremely pleased. We will see how it holds up, but I think it’s going to do fine. And it was a third of the price of the one I had before. It came the next day for me well packaged no damage. Good delivery. I would recommend.
