I bought 2 different flashlights. This one and a 51 LED model. I prefer this one because it’s rechargeable, compact/easier to carry, and it’s more affordable. I use this for scorpion watch while walking my dog or looking around my yard. I like that you can adjust the beam. It has a far reach and the charge lasts a long time. There isn’t “that much of a difference” in the light strength between the two. While the 51 LED model is only slightly brighter, it’s bulky and eats through batteries like it’s an all you can at buffet! I returned that one. I’ve had this flashlight for a year and it’s still going strong. It’s easy to use and fits my needs. It’s saved my dog and I from scorpion attacks and also saved me money by not buying batteries every week. Money well spent! Here’s a photo of one of the many scorpions I’ve seen.

Absolutely great flashlight! With 365 nm wavelength, it amazingly highlights any urine stains on the carpet, which can later be addressed with some urine-dissolving spray. It is bright enough and very solid built, no moving parts and very expensive high quality look. Solid 10 out of 10.

UPDATE: The device actually did start charging after almost an hour and a half on the charger. it took many more hours to be fully charged. After it was charged it light did work as expected, updating my review from 1 to 4 stars due to inaccurate info on the site and the box. I just got this light, and the battery would not charge at all, there is no red or green light indicator whatsoever. Even when plugging in the charger, there no light that comes on. When you loosen the battery cap, the light will come on under usb power and be green. At that point the UV light can be used but only while plugged into the wall outlet. It does not gain any charge and only works under USB power. I always read reviews before buying items and thought this would be a good purchase, but now I realize how many other reviews state issues with the charging port on receipt. I will be returning this item.

Bought product because of battery size, life and intensity. Wasn't at all disappointed by intensity or the battery in it........the life....30 minutes of use after full night of charging and dead. I was noticing flickering and it auto shutting off. However I could hear the battery kind of moving around a bit. So I shook the flashlight and it flashed red and shut off. Repeated same thing. Pulled the negative post out with pliers and slightly stretched and viola! Now working great. It does get warm if you leave it on in your pocket accidently. Can't figure out the 3 different settings as there is no instructions but I like the high intensity mode and it's lasting quite a while. 5 out of 5 cause I don't need the other 3 modes. I've also already dropped it twice once hard and it still works and looks fine.

Great UV blacklight. Use it to detect fluorescent glass at thrift stores. Small and rechargeable so it is convenient to bring in my pocket or bag while shopping. Had to charge upon purchasing but it comes with the cord and has worked well ever since. This is not necessarily for people who only want uranium glass:Uranium glass fluoresces always at 395 nm, this light is 365 nm so it detects uranium glass as well as other fluorescent glasses (manganese, selenium, cadmium, etc). Have also used it to detect pet urine on fabrics. Overall very effective: photo shown is a vintage vaseline/uranium glass cigarette lighter illuminated with this flashlight

レジンを硬化させる為に購入。 しっかりと固まるし、機能性は十分。 今までコード付きの門型照明使ってましたが、手持ちなので硬化させる物のサイズを選ばないので良い！ たまに床のホコリ確認にも使ってます。

**The Battery Is Fine** And even if it wasn't, it's replaceable,but you will likely have the same problem with a new battery. To fix flickering or poor battery life, unscrew the battery cover (from the back of the light, not the middle) and gently pull on the spring to streach it. If the spring comes out, this is fine, and can be simply pushed back into place. The spring should not require much "streaching". Once I did this, my light stoped flickering and I got 3 days of moderate use before requiring a charge. It's exactly what I was looking for! This wood's lamp is bright enough to cause items to fluoresce in ambiant light, and even in direct sunlight depending on the object. IME extremely impressed with the battery life and the best part is its easily replaceable with another 18650, so this lamp might last longer than I do. Highly recommended! Fast shipping, bright enough for any hobbiest or general use. Has entertained myself and my children for hours already. I've had it for 3 days and I feel I have already gotten my money back in entertainment. Just one tip, don't care how clean you think your bathroom is, DO NOT SHINE THIS LIGHT INTO YOUR TOILET!

Purchased to help quickly charge glow-in-the-dark 3D prints, for which it works perfectly. Can be used as a temporary light-pen on the a large enough glow-in-the-dark surface as it quickly charges and slowly fades. Though I highly recommend if you wish to keep your sanity not to use it in the bathroom as it quickly reveals all the horrors that lurk in there... and if plan to, better purchase some industrial strength cleaner with it, you're gonna need it. Update: After a bit of use I noticed, like others, that the battery life wasn't quite up to par. The listing claims 8 hours, I barely reached 4 on 3 successive full charges, so I got to wondering and opened it up and tossed the battery into my li-ion charger/tester, found that the supposed 3200 mAh battery is only 1527 mAh, slightly less than 1/2 that stated, so there you go, less than 4 hours on an 8 hours device explained, they cheaped out on the battery. Good thing for me, I have some spare 4000 mAh's kicking around from an old IOT project, that should get it up to around 10 hours on a single charge. Still a decent UV flashlight, just ignore the stated runtime and be ready to be grossed out by your supposedly "clean" bathrooms.
