I had to sleep sitting up after surgery, and this made the ordeal much more bearable. It is firm and supportive, but you can decide how straight you want to sit. Everything packs easily into the carrying case and it's not too heavy. It comes come shrink wrapped in a small box but regains its shape within 24 hours of opening. It's a great choice and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have only used once but so far I'm sold! I have a bad back, like most of the human race, and I have had three laminectonies, my 1st being at 20 years old (27 years ago). My back has been in spasms all week. I remembered I had purchased this and pulled it out last night. This is the first morning, I have woken up with minimal back pain in a very, very, very long time. I wish I had found this a lot sooner! It will be a pain in the but to store during the day, but I don't care 🤪

I bought this because I need to protect my neck and hips while sitting up in bed. I read a lot of reviews by people who used this to recover from surgery. That isn't my situation but I can see why those reviewers rated it so highly. So far it is really comfortable and definitely solving my problem. I bought the gray. The covers are very soft, removable, and washable. It comes completely compressed. In just a few hours it had plumped up to its normal shape. I've been using it for 3 days to relax in bed with my laptop, or just watch tv. This set is doing exactly what I bought it to do--my hips and neck are supported and protected. There are a few places around the house that I will use this. We have a sofa and chaise lounge setup in our living room that is very practical and attractive but not quite as comfortable as we'd hoped. This set will work great there, too. It isn't so huge that it causes problems with space. The bag is easy to use. You either need to bag it or have a spot to move it if you're not planning to sleep on it. I'm managing that without a huge space concern. You need to look at the pictures on the Amazon listing because it doesn't come with configuration instructions. A basic diagram is needed but I didn't take off a star for that. It's not hard to figure out. There are two ways to use the large wedge depending on whether you want to be more upright or more reclined. There is velcro to hold the pieces in place for different configurations. You can use the rectangular piece as a neck or a low back support. I use it for my neck, which is the center of my back health. If I protect my neck, my whole back will be healthy. The true test of value will be how well the memory foam holds its shape over time. I will update if it degrades. If the longevity is there then the price I paid will have been worth it. So far, highly recommended.

It is an odd shape pillow. I think it curves in a little too much but it is good.

Having sciatic problems as well as joint pain on my knee. I watched this product for a long time hoping the price would go down. I purchased during Prime days and I am pleased overall. The smaller pillow under my knees does help with my joint pain. The back (large pillow) and the lower lumbar also helps a lot. Putting all the pieces together was a bit confusing at first because there aren't any instructions. I had to watch a video a few times. (**I should also that in the product video, I noticed that there was a pillow that was not included in my order.) In any case, it took a few days to arrive so I didn't make a fuss. I wish the smaller pillow for the neck was a bit larger. The set serves it's purpose well. The outer covers are removable and washable but I will say, they can also be hot at times. I find myself sweating if I'm laying against the material for an extended amount of time. All this being said, I am pleased with it and I would recommend it.

There are 40 million versions of this out there on Amazon. THIS is the one you need for post-surgery. Yes, it takes a while to fluff up, but it will. Yes, it has a lot of pieces and it may take some trial and error to figure out what is most comfortable for you, but you'll find it. I purchased this for surgery recovery and found it to work WAY better than a different one I purchased for a previous surgery. First, it has little rubber nubs that keep it from sliding around which proved to be very helpful. Second, all the difference pieces can be adjusted to fit you *exactly* the best way for your pain. I had a tummy tuck and you HAVE to keep yourself in a v-shape because your skin is so taught. You also have to sleep on your back for a while, which is torture. Having this with the knee rest made sleeping so much easier. It prevents you from accidentally rolling around (I had nightmares about accidentally rolling over on my drain) and keeps your knees right where they need to be. I ended up using one of the smaller tube-like pieces to hold over my incision at night which was comforting. This is expensive for something you may only use for a few weeks, but I really think for your comfort and sanity, it is a purchase well worth making.

I bought this wedge pillow set after having cervical spine surgery, and I’ll also be having back surgery, so having different ways to position and support myself has been really helpful. The whole set works well, but the smallest long pillow is definitely my favorite. I put it on top of my regular pillows every night, and it gives me just the extra support I need. I’ve gotten a lot of use out of this set already.

I LOVE this product!!! It is absolutely amazing. I wish I had purchased it years ago for the acid reflux and to help with the other issues. I bought it for after surgery and sleeping with my body a little upright has been so comfortable! The pillows are wonderful quality, and I love that it has bags for storing, though I may sleep on them forever rather than ever putting them away. I like the options I have and the variability... for sitting upright in bed or sleeping. I like to use it with the small pillow for lumbar support when I sleep then just lay back on a little ice pack for my neck. I use the leg pillow, but sometimes set it aside during the night if I want to let my legs down... It's just outstanding.

Not sure what I would have done with this set! Total game changer. So comfortable. Breathable, no sweating and perfect firmness and softness. I’m able to get the rest I need because of this set for sure.

Good for sleeping in bed after rotator cuff surgery. Only wish that the small lumbar and neck pillows were a little bigger. Also, the 2 piece foot rest would function more efficiently if it had a Velcro to attach them together as they tend to separate during the night and need to be adjusted which is not an easy task for someone wearing a sling.

Shapes and options were nice but for a bigger guy it didnt have a lot of support.
