**Q: Is this a rechargeable battery? The instruction says to wait for 24 to 48 Hrs to charge but still shows a low battery on the panel after 48 hrs**
A: Here is the short guides according to the user manual of ADT system, I think this will help you:

1. If there is the "Battery Low" message displayed, here is the short guides according to the user manual of ADT system to clear it, "Following battery pack replacement, rechargeable batteries may take up to 48 hours to charge. The "Battery Low" message may be displayed after one minute, however it should clear within 4 hours or by entering Test Mode"; 

2. You also want to check if you have other wireless devices that need to replace battery, For example: wireless door / window sensors, wireless motion, or wireless remote. All these wireless devices will also show as low battery on your LCD screen of the panel.

3. Of course, if none of the two possible problems described above, it turned the problem was on our battery itself, please feel free to write back to us iMah Customer Support Team(iMahDirect@hotmail.com) with your Amazon order ID, your shipping address(Because Amazon has blocked it in our seller order system), and ask your iMah 2-year free replacement service.
