After Reading All The Reviews
I got the grey one. I love it. Itโs thick and sturdy, like a chair should be. Youโre buying a chair to sit in, not a bed. I would even argue that this chair would make an excellent bed. The cushion is thick and the material is soft. The almost horizontal recline angle is hard to beat. And when you put it in the rocking position it practically is horizontal. The chair is awesome. Thick and soft. The metal feels very sturdy and I have no fear of falling over in the fully reclined position with the rocking motion activated. Itโs hard to find a chair that reclines this far and feels extremely safe. The material does not stink. Itโs like buying a new car. Or fresh clothes. It smells different, not bad. Itโs clean smelling. I have zero complaints. The arm rests are like future technology. They move forward, backward, up, down, and twist in and out. You wonโt be disappointed. The recline lever is also super easy to access and locks in place really well. The wheels are nice. Not great on carpet. But if you want wheels for carpet, then get wheels for carpet. They pop in and out for easy install. This chair is advanced enough that you could leave the wheels off and sit it flat on the floor. Ignore the carpet complaints. It doesnโt move well on carpet, but thatโs why you buy other wheels for that purpose. There is plenty of space for blankets and pillows to fit around you while in this chair. You can lock it in recline and stick a lot of warm objects around you. There is enough space to put a leg up on the chair pretty easily. But if youโre a criss cross apple sauce type then you should go for a bigger chair. If you have any inkling that you want to do that then invest in a bigger chair other than this one. If youโre a small person it might work. Iโm 5โ10 and can manage putting a foot up if need be. It came in a box. Assembly was super easy. There is a ton of one piece foam in the box that helps protect the goods. Itโs a lot, but better safe than sorry. The fast delivery and availability canโt be beat. Get it. (Put on a movie and sit in it when youโre done.) You can rock this chair like a rocking chair. And turn it off. Very satisfying after assembly. Youโll have a big sigh of relief once you sit in it the first time. I didnโt want the pillow at first, but boy was I wrong. The pillow is awesome. And super memory soft. When you recline and want a pillow behind your head to look at your phone itโs super dope. The pillow and arms are magnetic. Itโs like future technology. Strong and you donโt even know itโs there. You can swap out the entire top table part of the arm rests for different colors. It is magnetized so itโs super easy to do. And the arms are actual arms that donโt swoop down like other brands for no reason. Very practical. Get this one. You need the versatility and experience of moving the arms up and down. The holes at the head area are cool. Very helpful during assembly. The overall chair is low key in appearance, but top tier chair material. Long story short. Get this chair. If this is your first chair. Get this chair. If youโre eyeballing secretlabs chairs. Get this chair.

Great gamer or office chair!
This is my first PC chair that is truly comfortable! The seat on this size large chair is spacious, thickly padded and has plenty of space around the sides and hips. Padding is firm enough to last but still comfortable also. I am 5ft 11in, 195lbs. and if I sit back as far as I can go the seat goes right up behind my knee bend area. The seat back is padded well, has a very nice magneticlly attached neck pillow and lumbar with up, down in and out afjustment. The arm rests adjust to almost any angle and are very wide. So now for the improvements it could have (me nitpicking for perfection). The arm rests on this pro version are not padded and that causes discomfort over long sessions to me especially with it slight upcurve at the elbow area. This could be easily remedied with padding if they provided such. Personal preference here but, also with the arm mounts in the back most position toward the seat back I still feel like these large arm rests keep me away from the PC desk and farther from keyboard and mouse. Like they need to be further back by 2 in or so. Mounts where arms could be slid back or have 3 mounting positions would be nice to fit more people. Lastly the seat does not go quite as high as I thought it would. With the seat fully raised and the arms all the way up it still does not raise as high as my old cheap knock off chair but I think I have it positioned well now. Just had to keep trying until found my groove.

Sturdy but uncomfortable
I did a good bit of research to find a long term solution in a chair with adjustable lumbar support, and found many reviews from different media outlets online that raved about this chair. This chair is obviously built to last a long time, sturdy with a steel frame, quality materials and assembly, and arriving as a well put together kit that is not hard to assemble. Instructions for lumbar height adjustment were incorrect, but once that was figured out and the lumbar height able to be adjusted correctly, the chair seat is still too firm, making my hips and back hurt. Really disappointed, and may have to return, but still holding out in hopes that the seat will break in some more, as build quality of this chair is top notch. I love it except for the hard seat. Reached out to the manufacturer, but still have not heard back from them. Dreading the idea of having to disassemble and repack this into its original shipping box, which is pretty large, was heavy, and arrived ripped open on one corner. However, the manufacturer's care also showed in the packing, with foam sheets and other packing around all components, protecting all the parts, even though the box arrived thrashed.

Impressively designed and built chair!
My husbandโs review of this chair. - The decision to order this Anda Seat was partially based on the impressive quality of another model I was able to sit in from the same brand. The chair arrived a few days after placing the order and I was immediately impressed with the packaging and assembly process. Each part was packed securely and was well protected, the instruction book was professionally printed (not a cheap black and white pamphlet you typically get), and the assembly process was relatively quick and painless. As I assembled it, it was immediately clear that the build quality was worlds above any chair I had previously assembled, and Iโve assembled quite a few. The chair is sturdy and very comfortable. While I donโt typically lay back very far in a chair like this, Iโm surprised at how far back it can be set and how stable it remains when I lower it back all the way. I also appreciate the how adjustable the arms are. I have long arms and itโs rare to get a comfortably adjusted arm rest. Iโve now had the chair for a few months. Overall, Iโm very impressed with this chair and use it as my primary chair when working or gaming at home. Iโd suggest it to anyone who is tired of inferior chairs that may be a bit less expensive but break down and fall apart quickly. I am confident that this chair will last a very long time and hold up to regular use.

EXCITED! 2025 UPDATE!
SEP 2025 Edit: Still have the chair, still OBSESSED with it, I recommend it any chance I get. Zero wear when it comes to the fabric or foam. Has held SUPER well the first year I have not had the chair for very long, so I cannot judge is durability just yet! PROS: - Super customizable! Whether it be back support, arm rests, or even the width of the chair. - Plus sized friendly! Iโm heavier, weighing about 200+ at 5โ5. The seat fits me perfectly, even if I want to tuck a leg under. Includes possibility to move the armrests out more if I need the extra room! Normally settings are not TOO BIG either, so it would work for all sizes. - QUALITY MATERIAL! I am not a fan of leather chairs, so the fabric option was perfect for me. The material is well made, and very comfortable. - Great cushioning! I worry because of my weight the cushion over the years will not hold the same, but this is to be expected with most chairs. Yet to be tested with this one. - Well written PICTURE instruction manual. No need to follow a lengthy video, and was easy to put together! CONS: - Price is up there, but MUCH more affordable compared to other high end office/gaming chairs! - Lack of fabric color options. Though I would have chosen the black chair either way, I think it would be nice to have colored fabric chairs too if I ever decided to buy another! - LOTS of plastic in packaging. Each part was individually wrapped in thick plastic bags, which feels like a real waste! I wish the company could be a bit more environmentally friendly.

Best office/gaming chair I have own!
This is the most amazing chair I have own so far! I bought brand new for $485 on a specialโฆEverything on it is top notch quality. From the packaging (wish I threw pictures of how everything came but I was in a rush to put it together). I have never seen a piece of furniture so well packaged, protected and organize as this chair. The manual was super easy to follow, it has a lot of pictures and the explanations made it easy to properly put the chair together. The chair itself has an easy build process as it comes with the armrest already pre-installed and the backrest attaches to the bottom effortless compared to other chairs I have seen. That been said, chair is a bit heavy, but to me that just speaks top quality materials, and also the top and bottom pieces are built with an actual piece of metal frame instead of just being cheap wood. I bought the XL size even though I am well below their requirements (Iโm just 5โ5โโ and 180lbs) but I went with this one because sometimes I cross my legs or sit in weird positions and wanted the most space available to be as comfortable as possible and have to say, ITโS VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE!. Armrest cushioning attaches magnetically to the chair as well as the headrest pillow and the covers for the screws on the side of the chair, thatโs so awesome! I bought the pvc leather material and it looks so beautiful, from their webpage they say it is a long lasting material so I am hoping it will last me a long time. Backrest have lumbar support adjustment integrated within the chair. The backrest itself has one scrolling wheel on each side. One to adjust the height and the other one to adjust the protrusion of the lumbar support mechanism. (See last picture) I have seen videos were some reviewers say the chair is a bit stiff, specially the bottom rest. Have to say that is not the softer but it is not the stiffest. It is built to last and I know that it will break a bit with more use. One thing I want to point out is Anda Seat PERFECT customer service. As you will see in one of the pictures, the left armrest came damaged. Since they are magnetically attached that means you can easily replace them if needed. I was putting the chair together and as soon as I got to the arm rest portion of the process, I noticed the damaged one. I wrote them at 4pm on a Thursday. I took the initiative of sending them an email with the explanation, pictures of the damage as well as the purchase receipt without them even reaching me. I didnโt expect a fast response so I forgot about it until next morning. When I checked my email Friday morning, they replied to my email the same Thursday within hours of me reaching them. And to my surprise, they reach with a tracking number saying that they already sent the replacement. To me thatโs just perfect, I love how they stood behind the chair and sent me the replacement that easy! Overall I am ULTRA satisfied with this chair. I have never had something this luxurious. It looks and feels so premium that I am even afraid of sitting on it! Bonus story: There are 3 pictures comparing this chair to another one I bought here on amazon as wellโฆ I was first looking for an office/gaming chair because my old one broke. So without knowing about office chairs and doing my proper research I went on the lookout. I didnโt knew that must resellers buy a very generic chair and they rebranded and sell it as theirs (or at least is something within those lines) so I found this OSP BOA 2 gaming chair and just saw that it used to cost $700 and it was $200 at the time of my research and without proper research I bought it just because it used to cost $700 and to me that meant it was premium. I returned the first one because it came with a perforation on the bottom rest. They sent me a replacement and it also came with a small perforation on the back, since I was tired of the return process I told them I will keep it and they gave me a $30 dollar additional discount on the chair for being damaged. Long story short, that chair is a piece of sโฆ built with the most poor standards. I feel sorry for whoever bought it at $700 but it doesnโt even worth $200. Sadly I saw recommendations for Anda Seat gaming chairs and did my all my actual research well past the return window for that crappy chair. Either way, I am more than satisfied with my Kaiser 3. And as you will see in the comparison pictures this Anda Seat Kaiser 3 at $485 (my purchase price) will beat the shโฆout of that $700 dollar chair all day, every day. Update 28/oct/2022: I just received the replacement armrest that came damaged when shipping.

STAY AWAY!!! Poor quality, zero response from the manufacturer, even from their website.
Dropping this to 2 stars from 3. I do not recommend this chair. I had a minor issue with the left arm rest where it would slide out from under my elbow with even the smallest amount of force. This was clearly a defect since the right arm rest was great. I reached out to the company directly through amazon and their website; its been 3 months with no reply. Do not purchase from this company. I've bought 3-4 different seat pads to try and get some comfort out of the seat, to no avail. There is ZERO response from the manufacturer, and the char just has a myriad of minor issues outside of it being incredibly uncomfortable. Just avoid this brand all together. What a waste of $500. Let me update once again, I've been waiting on a replacement for a broken arm-rest for 4 weeks and have not received a single correspondance from the manufacturer outside of me asking where it is. Stay the heck away from this seat.

Well proportioned in some places, not so much in others.
I ended up returning this chair as what bothered me the most with it was the seat depth. Like others have mentioned, the chair is extremely firm, but I still found it comfortable. The back rest was perfect for me especially with the ability to position the lumbar support exactly what you wanted it. The best part of the chair for me was the back rest and support there. The armrests could use with some padding. They were not totally comfortable, but not uncomfortable either. Just an average feel and comfort to them, which was disappointing given the cost of this chair. As I mentioned earlier, my biggest complaint was the seat depth. I am over 6 feet tall, but the seat ended just behind my knees. It made it difficult to recline in the seat at all as the front edge of the seat would press against my legs right above the knees. It could be significantly shorter depth. The materials all appeared high quality with the exception of the chair piston covers. Those were cheap plastic that bent out of shape upon first use. This has potential to be a great chair, but I was disappointed in the overall hit-or-miss aspects of comfort and design.

The perfect chair?
I have went through a few office and gaming chairs until I found this one. This is hands down the most comfy chair I've sat in. Use: It's amazing for working from home or long gaming sessions. Assembly: The chair is heavy (35kg), so you might need some help to screw everything together. It did take me a while to get the screws in place for the arm rests due to the hole alignment, but I got there. When assembled, the weight isn't an issue, the chair will glide across the floor easily. Erogonomics: there's a wide range of customisable options for the height of the chair, the tilt of the back (which locks at whichever interval you want), arm rests can raise / lower / angle. The removable lumbar cushion is excellent, it provides loads of nice plump support. The chair is quite wide, so theres plenty of room for most people. Im 6ft and 198kg and have plenty of room. Build quality: It feels really premium. The materials feel nice, the padding on the seat and lumbar cushion is absolutely fantastic. There are no squeaks or creaks (not yet). It feels genuinely solid and robust. Conclusion: this chair is perfect for me as I work from home and do a lot of gaming. It's super comfortable and feels very premium, like it'll last for a long time. I love the customisation options and love the rocking chair function. I definitely rate this 5 stars, its the best thing I purchased last year.

Great chair
I've assembled many chairs over the years, this one is by far the easiest one to do. It takes 15 very simple steps, instructions are very easy to understand, also with pictures. The comfort is amazing, like sitting on a cloud. Definitely worth the money.
