My laptop no longer works so I had to buy another one. I looked at a couple on a popular shopping tv network, and almost brought another from there--as I have done in the past with favorable results. However, a friend said this is better compared to what I showed them. I was skeptical to purchase this--at such a cost of over 400.00. But I bit the bullet and honestly, it is holding up well. The initial set up was long, so just have patience. I am getting used to using this laptop, as I'm used to using HP, but so far the speed is fine, and everything seems to be great. I hope this laptop lasts me for years. Oh, and speaking of lasting, the battery is pretty good. I like that it states how much time is remaining, vs just the percentage. Lenovo might be my new brand to use. P.S. I heard Lenovo is quite great---medical offices use Lenovo.

This brand is the same brand my last job bought all the sales reps. They last forever and work perfectly for my needs. Clear screen, buttons are easy to type with, it is fairly lightweight, and not too thick. I am so glad I went with this laptop since it’s a brand I trust and have never had issues with. Great value for the Inc edible price!!! Definitely worth purchasing for the price and value.

I bought this laptop almost two years ago and It works perfectly, still fast, not laggy at all, light weight, the touchscreen works perfectly, if I have one complaint it would be the battery life, you run out of battery after 3-4 hours, you have to always plug it. highly recommend this laptop

This is my 2nd laptop of this make/model, my cat having decided to test how well the first one would withstand being shoved off of a desktop onto a hard floor (it did not fare well). Great battery life, good screen/keyboard, decent speakers, but the camera is 2nd rate. I'm able to edit video on it, surf the web, stream stuff, and do all of my Microsoft Office stuff without any difficulty.

I purchased this laptop last month, and I absolutely love it. It is lightweight, yet very sturdy. It has a backlit keyboard with buttons that are like "magic", smooth and easy to type on, and quickly too. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the camera. I've done a couple of zoom calls and the quality seems very poor/low. I looked very white/pale and the quality wasn't super clear. Luckily I don't need the camera/webcam that often. As a personal laptop computer it rocks, and I can't recommend it enough!!

By far the worst computer I've ever owned. The battery life is beyond non-existent. I might as well have bought a desktop because it has to stay plugged in if I want to use it for more than 30 minutes. I've adjusted every setting I can to extend the battery life with no success. Due to having to adjust the remainder of the settings for battery life, or the lack thereof, the computer runs inefficiently. At one point, I highly recommended, and my go-to was Lenovo. Never again.

The best for kid using and afgordable.price and very smooth the product

I absolutely love my laptop! It has a number side panel which is fine for me as I work with numbers on my laptop a good bit. Everything works great on my laptop, its an easy set up. All my information was transferred very smoothly. It is a larger laptop than I was used to but it still fits in all my bags, just needed a new sleeve for it. Buy the laptop!

This laptop and have been using for a while now overall I am quite satisfied with my purchase
