One must be organized to perfection to understand how to handle something so professional. I'm not a lawyer but I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration so I have a bit of understanding... Wrote my own ByLaws (look up your specific state codes and what not)... I write my own minutes up on Word, print them, 3 hole punch, sign, and seal... That being said... The ByLaws and Minute sheets provided are outdated and too impersonal, you will NEED to know how to write them up while operating within the rights of your specific STATE LAWS.The binder is of superb quality... The stock certificates are also outstanding quality... Stock ledger of the same and the tabs are very professional... Came in 2 days although they said it would take 10.I also purchased a corporate seal externally due to the low quality of the seal provided within this kit.
